LOL No she did not work on that show. Considering she was busy writing two soaps at the same time for big chunks of DS's run (first GL and AW together, then not long after OLTL and AW together for 8 or so months and soon after AMC and OLTL, she was NOT involved with DS. :P

But I think she had some mild interest in what they were doing at the very least. SHe always said how she wished she had done what DS producer Dan Curtis did and paid to keep all theoriginal videos of his show, and not only is there the Sam Hall/Gordon RUssell connection with One Life--writers (at least Russell) who she picked herself, Art Wallace, who largely created Dark Shadows (even if he wrote largely for thew less popular gothic, but not supernatural first six months) was hired as story consultant for a good chunk of the 70s at AMC.

LOL It was a sweet offer AllMC--thanks.

Ithink it can? (In the US...) I like that with iTunes you could keep the episodes (and actually if they're in mp4 format I can and have before downloaded their TV shows and then just used a flashdrive to watch them on my real TV--which takes about 30 seconds to do, and I would prefer,) but I wonder about the cost--and as much as it's nice to download the episodes and not just have them streaming, seriously after 20+ I don't know if I can justify saving them except for key ones like I did when it aired on TV.

I assume iTunes would have some cheaper option than for most of their shows just because people would be buying 4+ episodes a week--not 2 dollars an episode or whatever they usually charge. It would be smart to offer the first week or few weeks for free--the way networks now often release the premiers of their new shows to iTunes for free a few weeks before.

Yeah hopefully I'll work something out...

While I do think that SL is in a league of her own across all soap operas and in the mainstream media, I am also very happy that JB finally seems to be getting the "star" treatment she so richly deserves as one of the finest actresses in this or any genre.

As lame as it sounds, there was a time when I would use a cassette recorder to tape TV shows (okay, just the soaps) when the family was going out. And Eric, where I live in VT is only about 65 km from Stanstead, QC, so if you're willing to drive south, you can watch with me. wink.png

I also thought this was going somewhere else, which is what would happen if Eric drove down to Vermont to watch with me.laugh.png

There you go and you don't have to drive anywhere!

Not gonna lie it makes me happy they're starting airing on my birthday LOL.

And LMAO at the debate over the photo. I swear we debate the strangest things sometimes!

It still seems surreal to me too about the shows coming back. I can't wait to watch and I appreciate every effort they put into doing this.

Yay! Would love to see her on AMC again, even guesting.

I think we're going to see a lot of past actors popping up as guests. Lots of the actors were tweeting about 'shocked to see this person' etc. or "I can't believe who I worked with" etc.
