I am currently not watching Y&R for many reasons but I was bored this evening and saw that no one seems to post Y&R episode counts so right now I have the time so through recaps and other means I will take the opportunity to post them. Wow...what a balanced show!

No one's on every day and I don't even think Tonya Lee Williams is on the show anymore.

I had no idea that Jack was on every day, because they don't make it appear as if he's on every.single.day of the week.

Well she hasn't been seen since late summer but she still technically on recurring status. She though is very busy running her talent agency in Toronto. I am so happy she's doing so well but do miss her on Y&R

I agree, that's a really nice balance. In watching, I didn't realize that.

Good for Tonya for doing so well with her Toronto talent agency. She rocks and it's a shame Y&R lost interest in her and her character. There was still life there, argh.

It's nice to see that Victor and Nikki aren't at the top of the list...the less I see of them, the better.

These characters' numbers area a MAJOR problem with the show for me- little Abby is on more than Jill and Katherine! Shoot, even Det.Hawkins & Gina are on more than Kay. Dru, Victor, & Nikki's numbers aren't much better. Sorry, but for my money, these are the main characters I tune in to Y&R for and they're not being prominently featured at all! And I'm about over The John Gloria Kevin Michael Lauren JT Mackenzie Hour! It can be fixed- just not by Jack Smith IMO.

These are exactly my main problems with the current Y&R. There is no balance as long as major players like Kay, Jill are on less than 25% of a month's episodes, although the actual spread of airtime is not that bad.

I agree with both of you.... Katherine and Jill have been on the backburner far too long..... and yet Mac and JT are on 24/7 and now Colleen has been brought in to be another JT swooner. Its disgusting. Jack the Hack needs to go, and quick!
