The Tribe-New Zealand teen soap

Just curious, has anyone else ever seen the New Zealand teen soap The Tribe? I've recently watched the first three years of it and found it fascinating in spite of the absurd premise and problems trying to make it work"(all the adults die and the kids try to keep the world still in order), but the acting and lively characters make it worth it:

This show aired in the US on one of the many Encore channels Encore Wam! for a while I recall in the mid-00s but I never caught it until recently:

Anyone else ever seen it or watched it?

I've only seen a few episodes, but my brother and sister used to watch the show CONSTANTLY when it aired in Australia a couple of years ago.

There's also a kid's show called The New Tomorrow that is a sequel to the original show; I think it only lasted a year or so.

I watched the entire series a few years ago. It actually has storylines that are way interesting and entertaining than most of daytime right now.

It is, however, not for those who don't like science fiction and growing up stories.

I loved this show, especially the catchy theme tune. The characters were interesting and full of life.
