Members alexisfan07
Good! I hate them and their atrocious customer service
Members quartermainefan
This sucks. Best Buy was not the best store in the world but it was one of the few places left where I could just run in on the spur of the moment and buy a new DVD. I miss stores, and online has killed them all. Tower Record, Virgin Megastore, Borders...the next generation won't even understand the concept of browsing. Shopping online is just no fun. Members Cheap21
That stinks. I love BB and its a sad state to see any company shut down
Members Mr. Vixen
Wow this is awful. I always loved Best Buy and thought they had the best customer service, in all three states I've lived in.
Members Graham
Sad. With the exception of Walmart, Best Buy has the cheapest DVDs in all of retail.
Members Soapsuds
I have mixed feelings about it. They have awful customer service but they are the last place in my area to have CDs and DVDs plus electronics...tvs, dvd players, computers, tablets...etc.....All the online business has made them lose money. I heard Amazon was one reason why they weren't as successful. I guess I could still order online from BestBuy which I do on occasion.
Members jcar03
Really? The ones in my area are always at least $10 higher than just about any other retail. I have always bought my laptops from Best Buy, by with the state they are in when I need a new one I think I will have to look elsewhere.
Members Graham
In southern NH, we have Best Buy, FYE, Newbury Comics, Target, and that's about it unless you want to go online.
