Per SOD Matthew runs away the week of 1/2.

He was already stated as having run to David and Dorian's in today's show. I wonder if they'll show him on the run or what they mean by that spoiler haha.

Yeah, I don't get it because I thought he said something to David about running but his better judgment blah blah... I'm curious because if he does leave town it seems like they are just determined to make this kid look like a total jerk. He was in a coma for months, having us wonder about and root for his future, then he wakes up and peaces out on his pregnant "friend" who is madly in love with him but he won't commit to... geesh. I'm pretty sure the Aldersons were not continuing with the show anyway so maybe if he was running away this would have facilitated a potential recasting.

I really hope he will be there for Destiny when she gives birth.

This is so pathetic. I still don't understand the point of having Matthew in a coma for 6 months. It should have just been a red herring for the Clint needs a heart story and he should have been awake in June. They knew the show was over and kept wasting time with this. SMH.

I don't think they've had any interest in Matthew in a long time. He was used to drive story for Clint, for Danielle and the old man, for Bo and Nora. Then they just wrote him out as long as they could.
