From DD

Magazine previews: both SOD and SOW --Gigi and Rex marry at Llanfair, Madam Delphina officiated, Gigi looks very pretty in her wedding dress. In attendance is Viki, Clint, John, Natalie, Roxie, Shane. Roxie looks awful in a slutty get-up. Viki is wearing some monstrosity. The men look fine.

This is Aubrey last week--the 26th. It looks like Clint and Viki are a couple by the time the wedding airs the 29th.

Next week is a black out and things change.

In SOD FV talks the finale says it will be spectacular and how they are just dying editing the shows and Tuc's stuff was so funny "people's heads will explode." RC mentions the returns-thought not by character names and says couples like Jolie, TnB, Cliki and Destiny and Matt will have significant moments, lots of action and emotions in the last weeks. RC says the ending is what he wanted.

TSJ says he is not back for the finale.

David is a bad joke. Everything is so forced with him. He ruined the last Bo/Nora wedding for me!

I couldn't care less about Rex and GIgi. They're dominating airtime again when we should be seeing Tina and Cord. I don't want a Viki/Clint reunion. He deserves so much better than her. I'm just sad this is how the last month of OLTL will be.

In my head it will be Max & Gabrielle in either a Heaven-based wedding a la Ryan & Vicky on AW, or in a cutaway scene near the end of the series where we see the two of them in Argentina getting married (which obviously would mean she's alive), with Al alive, Frank and Leslie there, and Cord & Tina serving as Best Man and Matron of Honor (hell, throw CJ, Sarah, Andy, and Gabrielle's mother and sister in there, too).

That's what I want, anyway. That or another Todd & Blair GBW, although Cord & Tina works, too. smile.png

    • I'll even go further... I'll make her re-think BeLief and create a new patent. Brooke needs stuff to do. Anything other than beg or be in her panties. We need her to be creative. But sadly Bradley has a very low opinion of these characters. To him Brooke is nothing more than sex and scandal... or a pathetic doormat. Ridge is nothing more than a chauvinist pig that needs to pit women against each other to feel like A MAN and Steffy is nothing more than her father's guard-dog. I don't even want to open my mouth about Hope. She is such a fiasco in my opinion... I will not suffer if they kill her off. Bradley pooped on her character and now it's too late to fix it. Annika is great and I would hate to see her go, but slutty Hope was not her thing. The vibe was missing.
    • I've seen Jason interact with Mitch and annoy him. That's as far as I recall. I didn't even have a slight idea that Evan had a vendetta against Rachel... That came as a surprise to me. I thought Evan was Iris's dog and that's it. Now he's definitely more interesting.
    • Thanks for these. I can't recall -- did Evan's vendetta have any position on Mitch, or was it all about Rachel? @Maxim have you seen any Frames intreracting with Mitch in any way?
    • Thank you for the tag! It's always a pleasure to see these little pearls of memories.
    • Uh-oh. Today just might’ve been the first Paula/Jeanne stinker. I have a feeling whose fault that might be though. So, Doug III is getting a job at the Pub?  It’s good to see him interact with other characters. I enjoyed his scenes with Roman, even though the talk of Frankie and Max seemed a little random. And it also could be really interesting now that Tate knows. Days really need to start pushing their rivalry again. We need some follow up from the punch. Tying it all to Holly, to Sophia’s pregnancy, to the guys that Doug III owes money to could be good.  But yeah, wayyy too much Leo again in today’s episode. Seriously, has anything changed with this nothing character? I thought it was all Ron’s fault, but maybe Greg Rikaart is (partially) responsible for Leo being so insufferable.  And yeah seriously, Rafe needs to throw all of these people out of his house. Including Gabi

But I do wonder who’s the mysterious voice that Gabi overheard with EJ on the night he was shot. Based on yesterday’s episode, I have a suspicion.
    • Add me to the group of people who think that Brandon has improved. He has. There's no doubt about it. Especially compared to the beginning. And he's improving in a way that... it makes me think that he realizes what the issues are and is addressing them. Of course, he's no master of acting at this point... but I don't cringe as much as I did. And I've seen people in Bold... I won't even have to name names, because everyone knows who they are... who are becoming even worse than what they were offering in the first place. So... I'm happy that in BTG... people are actually blossoming and improving. It surely means that the atmosphere is creative and nurturing talent.  BUT and it's a big butt... his relationship with his husband is still so lacking and ghastly. I am craving to see more action from these guys. I want to see Smitty's character. If he has any.
    • Thank you. You guys come to the rescue again. I'll take a look later.   Thank you for the info!!! Now I find myself less confused. You and @DRW50 are amazing.
    • I know Passions used this trope with Ethan and Sam to drag out the paternity, but GH seems to speed through certain stories while dragging others.
    • For any other soap, I think I’d agree, but GH, I don’t know

    • Agreed, that there was some strange choices in the episode, especially at the end, but overall, that was some great drama that opens up the potential for so much future storyline. Kat vs. Eva having the most potential, especially over Tomas. I have mixed feelings about Martin/BC though. I thought he did pretty well in scenes with Smitty/MM, but the scenes of him confronting Leslie and of him throwing the books were bad lol she acted circles around him.  It’s similar to what Harding Lemay said about George Reinholt at AW; he could be brilliant in one scene, but then mediocre in the next.
