I think they were right not to have him shoot up the place. While it was less of a cliffhanger, I don't think the show should have gone out on such a dark note.

I am glad they did not have JR shoot up the place. That would have essentially destroyed the JR character. This way there are plenty of options to keep JR on the canvas.

I think that "rumor" is Nelson's new magazine - the show is moving to new york and trying to sign Eden Riegel which will then cause Susan L to sign cause she has been holding out for Eden to come back

JY sounds so damn snobby about PP. His Offer wasnt Good??? Comeon Dude. AM, MEK & SL all said the offers for PP Monetary Wise were very good. Hopefully he made the right choice but knowing the B&B track record, when they fire him in the year, I hope PP doesnt take him back

I saw a pure rumor by a credible source on another board that Frank Valentini (OLTL EP & VP, Serialized Dramas For PP) met with a few tentative AMC actors to vouch for PP.

Good lord now again JY is terrible because he took a job with steady income, a place he worked before. These people need to make a living like we all do. He doesn't sound snobby he sounds like a realist. And I would bet if any other actor on that show had a legit offer from another soap they'd take it too.

Jane, don't you know by now if it's not done the fans way, the actor sucks, the writer sucks, the EP sucks, etc......

I don't blame JY at all. I would take the best sounding deal too.

Please dont put words in my mouth. Im going off the feeling I got from this interview and previous ones that JY gave RE PP. Its My Opinion & I am entitled to it. JY is a great Actor & I hope B&B is great for him But IMHO he was never gonna signb with PP because the B&B happened so fast after ABC canned AMC. But IMHO I believe He has a very naive opinion of PP and what they can do online.

Really? He has a naive opinion? Well, I haven't seen them do a thing yet. I just don't know why JY should sit around and wait when he has a job offer right there in his hands.

He isn't the only one questioning whether AMC online will happen. Deadline and a lot of the soap blogs have said the same thing.DO they have pessimistic attitudes also?

Hopefully Frank Valentini will help the actors who are on the fence and in turn help PP see that One year delas may be the best offer for these actors at this point.

How many AMC actors have talked? LH and CM. MEK was another one thats it. CS made comments and was attacked for what she said. Don't get me wrong I think PP is a potentially exciting venture but having worked for a couple of startups one run by fairly reputable people that both went under, there is reason for skepticism. Hollywood is hurt by the recession same as everyone else. And its a risk. Why is sharing reservations seen as negative. You seem to think everyone should just sign on the dotted line eyes closed. JY might just be expressing how a lot of his former castmates feel. You honestly think if JVD, KDP, CM, LH had legit decent offers from another soap they wouldn't have take it? These people need to feed their families just like the rest of us do.
