Members NorrthCafe
That would be a great big A-friggin-men! I quit watching because of that crap with EJ. Society has gotten smarter and more knowledgeable. Soap writers are sturck in time or are moving backwards.
Members Khan
If DAYS wants to live past the end of their current contract w/ NBC, they've got to get serious, cut the campy stuff, and hire a HW or production regime that's devoted more than somewhat to good, old-fashioned storytelling. Otherwise, you might as well start the "DAYS Tribute Thread" now.
Members DaytimeFan
I don't see how DAYS, even at its William J Bell 1970s best, will live past its current contract in 2013. The ratings are just too low. I am happy with the show and will be happy if it continues on, as is, till 2013 and then has a graceful conclusion. Lauren Koslow, Joe Mascolo, Suzanne Rogers and John Aniston have made this incarnation of DAYS fabulous to watch, at least for me.
Members JackPeyton
I could not agree more. Also, while the show is mostly a bore, i enjoy it. I like it. I am much happier with this being the end of days than anything we have gotten past 1995.
