She bought the ranch house right before she was asked to come back to OLTL, but perhaps she was living in the house DaytimeFan linked during her Passions stint? I dunno.

From real estate records, that's what I'd say, she lived in the Portola Drive house during her Passions stint, then purchased the Roscomare Road house shortly before coming back to OLTL.

Robin's townhouse in New York is property she owns outright and it's worth millions now, I hope the Roscomare Road house doesn't sell, she should hold onto it. The taxes aren't bad and it's always nice to have a sunny place to go when a cold New York winter happens.

OTOH, to paraphrase Rhoda Morgenstern (Valerie Harper, "The Mary Tyler Moore Show"), it's cold in NYC, so maybe Robin Strasser will "keep" better.
