David Canary Leaves AMC

Before five-time Daytime Emmy-winner David Canary (Adam) takes his final AMC bow on April 23, expect one last appearance this week by the ghost of Stuart. Julia Barr (Brooke) tells Digest, "David's good-bye party was lovely. Absolutely everyone wanted to be there because there is no one more respected and loved. Several people made speeches: Michael [E. Knight, Tad], Walt [Willey, Jack], Jacob [Young, JR], Bobbie [Eakes, Krystal] and myself. I told the story of doing his audition scene with him, playing Erica because Susan [Lucci] was on vacation. Susan said it was the first time she'd heard that story! We all told him how much he meant to us and then he got up and said, 'Everything you said to me, I say back to you.'" For the full farewell to Canary, check out the new issue.

It's Julia Barr here for one more month? Because if she signed a 3-month contract, she should technically still be working through May.
