Well I learned something new today. The "DMV" has a different meaning for people living in a certain region of the country. Cute. Pardon my Midwestern ignorance.

I think they're going to try to replace the dead weight (now, which castmembers are the dead weight can be debated). It's kinda nuts there's EIGHT full-time housewives and I could ditch half of them.

Meanwhile, are there whispers as to which show is coming back next? I would think New Jersey is up to bat. However, since Bravo is taking their sweet time on some shows (i.e. Atlanta), it might be best for them to spread 'em out, instead of airing 4 franchises at the same time.

Monica’s interview in The Cut highlights why she’s been canned: she continues to talk about production and blame them and get into detail about allegedly happened behind the scenes.

Bravo simply can’t handle someone like that who won’t tow the company line.

Heather appeared on WWHL after the reunion finale because it’s the signal from Bravo that all is forgiven. Her new face looks amazing by the way.

DMV = Delaware Maryland Virginia. Basically the wider area around DC.

According to Danny Pellegrino, Heather also said on WWHL that Tinisha still does her hair.  And that doesn't make sense to me, if Heather is making the point about being betrayed and Jen Shah being betrayed by Reality von Tease. As Judge Judy said, if it doesn't make sense, it's not true... Anyhow, just some food for thought. The mystery deepens.

ETA:  I  agree that throwing Production under the bus is not the way to get back on the show. Especially when you are on the outs with everyone else.

@Gray Bunny I believe next upped will be NJ. To my knowledge...ALONE.

ETA: Since I've been very blink and miss with appearances this week due to schedule...it seems online that the Monica story is FAR from over. Ho--I mean Heather's victory lap all over various media not helping. Like THIS:

Meanwhile...Dorit appears to be getting major backlash for her child bride comment from this week's episode, too?

Regarding last nights BH, I’m glad Erika once again showed her true colors. Her argument now is well you’ll never be able to tell which of my lavish gifts came from the victims money, so why should I care about them. She’s still disgusting.

Annemarie ruined a perfect dinner…for fun. I hate her.

RHOBH:

Try Hard Marie goes up to bat and strikes out as usual.  Since Sutton wasn't up to feuding with  her, I guess Crystal is next on the list.

Why call someone a child bride when they got married at 24?  I know people are delaying marriage, but 24 is well into adulthood.

RHOM:

Larsa is taking up space on the show.

Just leaving this slice of pure greatness here. Now THIS is how you bring real receipts to a reunion. Nobody has topped this unmasking, this deliverance of just desserts, ever, and it is making me miss Monique on RHOP. God knows the show needs her right now.

    • When the announcement was first made, I did wonder if other plans were in the works. I guess we can always keep hoping, especially as the show has a small core cast.
    • @chrismlAbout Lisa, agree to disagree. Actually at the time she was the only thing my partner & I disagreed about. Naturally she was Team Vicky while I was steadfast as Team Lisa.  About John & twin paternity, I think that like the 3 pillows was a transitory idea someone had that no one else agreed with. More of the attempt to accommodate Philece. About MJ, co-sign, 100% agree, if there were more degrees I would claim them. About Wally & Felicia, always a fan. Mitch? Eh, take or leave. Although I do agree that WGE is a really striking man. Who have I left out? I don't know so that's all I got.

    • Dallas peaked early, IMO. Maybe not a fair statement as I’m still making my way through the first half of its run, but I think it’s hard to argue to point that S3 into S4 was its high point. Back to Knots. Wrapping up “And Never Brought to Mind.” Greg’s introduction kinda took me by surprise. I low-key dreaded his arrival bc I know he very quickly gets to the center of the show, but even though they wasted no time connecting him with Mac, Abby, Gary, and Karen, it still feels like a gradual intro. The juxtaposition of the ending of the Chip story with the heating up Abby’s plotting is quite symbolic of the changes the show was going through. I absolutely cannot imagine Kenny and Ginger having any part in any of this. Yall, the Gary/Val piano theme that they pull out from time to time is my FAVORITE. I find myself humming it constantly.
    • Bloodshed is inevitable now. It’s another reason I’m glad Black people aren’t getting involved in these protests. As awful as this is, I keep reminding myself that 54 percent of Latino men voted for Trump. These people were put in harm’s way by members of their own communities and sometimes even members of their own families. Too many people decided to touch the stove.
    • Maybe I'm still in denial, but nothing about Neighbours' ongoing social media output gives the vibe of a show that's ending. In today's 'Roundup' video, Alan Fletcher referenced that production finishes in five weeks, but in all the show's posts the cast are as jovial and lighthearted as ever. Remarkably so for people who are about to lose their jobs.    Perhaps they're just putting a brave face on things, and I know they approached the previous axing with a positive attitude. Maybe putting an upbeat face on things is a collective way of showing potential backers that there's still life in the show? Or is it possible that they already know the show has been saved, and we'll get an announcement next month when filming wraps and the show 'rests'?   Does any of that make sense?!
    • A very good week for male eye candy on GH. New Michael is beautiful, Curtis's arms looked great in that polo shirt, Cody looks even more handsome with his new haircut AND we got Marco in swim shorts rocking his lovely bod and chest fur.

    • Yeah when Jamey Giddens did breakdowns for DAYS, he would sometimes state in tweets that specific things were his idea that he had pitched to Ron.
    • I don't, since they've clearly incorporated them into Tomas' storyline, and I happen to like his tattoos, but his jackets not fitting doesn't mean they're trying to cover his tattoos. The clothing overall isn't the issue; it's the fit. And I expect(ed) more from Jeresa Featherstone and her team. Very disappointed. He's the only male, overall, whose costume irritates me.
    • "And OMG, watching the scenes of Roger's return in comparison...the quality in the writing really nosedived. The stupid mask." Very much agreed.  Having Roger hide behind a mask for weeks/months, with it culminating with him swinging in on a vine at Blake/Phillip's wedding....geez.  So juvenile. IMO, Guiding Light never did a good job reintroducing major characters, either from the dead or elsewhere.  Masked balls = awful.  Amish = awful. When Reva was brought back from the dead, she should've just showed up in Springfield as Reva, and informed everyone that she had been gone for years because she felt like it.  She had a four-year fling with some dude who ended up dumping her due to disloyalty. Josh would be pissed and declare that their love is not *always* but *sometimes* and he'd act accordingly.  Her kids would hate her.
