They were fun together I must say, Gina plays a good straight man (don't even bother) to Tuc and it was cool to see how Kelly has grown up... she has so been there/done that with David's foolishness.

I find it hard to imagine David in any sort of real romantic relationship these days, he is such a cartoon. Do you guys think an honest to goodness soap relationship could even still work with him?

It could work with someone, perhaps Dorian, if they tried. I can't see him with Kelly. Gina's Kelly was always an ice queen, and seems to be the same now, so I think they will have to figure out someone who is very very different from her. I would say someone who would be what Marco Dane used to be (minus the pimping and porn, although that might make you a hero to some of Llanview these days).

I have never been a big fan of Dorian and David as anything romantic, I just don't buy it. David wasn't the David that he was 15 years ago, and yet today's David is imo still a great match for Tina. I would have LOVED to have seen him with Andrea. Ugh, I don't even want to think about that summer, the logistics of it just make me mad. All that Tina and no Viki, Dorian, or David.

I think David and Dorian work when the writing focuses on their feelings and longing and not on the wacky comedy. That part of the Buddhist story worked. Wacky!Hahaha!Loser!David! doesn't work for me. I think he could have been OK with Tina, although I thought she did well with Cain this last time.

That's true, and Cain like Marco could be wacky fun without practically looking dead into the camera and *wocka wocka* raising his eyebrows like David.

First, Farah Fath; now, BM. You know, you're really making a case for all young actors to be banned from soaps. ;-P

I can sort of see some of the Farah criticisms, but Billy? He's just perfect! If you want to talk bad younger actors, let's talk Mia, Chad, Gaby, Will, and Melanie from Days. They are the epitome of god-awful!
