That's not how I took it when I read it, but on screen, Luke is like all over Teethan and it's weird. (And I'm gay and I think it's weird too). Anthony Geary and Luke just need to leave GH for good along with the Sonny and Jason. Two other losers.

With the way this story and actor came out of the blue and the way the two act together, I've wondered whether Geary was getting his latest boytoy a job. And I'm only sort of joking.

ETA: Ann_SS, I think you did a fine job of explaining the situation. And that Serial Drama rant and the subsequent 80+ comments are a thing of beauty.

The whole thing is such a convoluted drama that I don't know where to start. CarlD2 is probably your best shot for a calm rational explanation. Basically, Guza with Geary's complicity has rewritten the Luke and Laura's romance that we saw played out on the screen. Luke now has Ethan, a magical son with Holly who apparently cheated on both their spouses during some impossible time. Geary and the actor who plays, Teethan (so nicknamed for his huge teeth and lack of diction) flirt inappropriately in their scenes together. Geary's interviews about Luke separating sex from love in his marriage to Laura combined with Luke's dialogue dissing his life with Laura and their kids has sent GH's Luke and Laura fans into an unprecedented rage all over the Internet and GH has gotten some of this negativity back first hand. I have gotten over my fury and am now not caring though it is tough at times. Well gee that sucks. I did read about the re-write though I wasn't too sure about what the actors and fans had to say.

I've never really seen Luke/Ethan share scenes, but I've seen Ethan alone and the man is horrendous.

I've been over AG for years now and wish that he'd leave the damn show and take his new found son with him. Mary Beth, you may be onto something in regards to Parsons and Geary because NP is the one of worst in daytime, IMO.

I'm no longer going to read Nelson's columns; he no longer deserves the hits that he's getting. He no longer knows how to leave his gay agendas out of his columns, at least you expected it from Perez.

I don't think TPTB at ATWT would want two same-sex couples on the show. I would be surprised if they did. They would probably think it would be too much to have more than one.

I agree with you that Branco doesn't deserve the attention he craves. (To think that THAT is the legacy anyone wants to leave behind in his life - ??)

But I wouldn't call it a "gay agenda." I'm gay, and his agenda doesn't represent me... I think I can safely say NB's (and PH's) agenda doesn't represent the vast majority of LGBT people.

ETA: I just saw the sub-head of the subject... "Emmy Winning Journalist?" Am I missing something? Like, say, sarcasm?

Perhaps innuendo would be a better word instead of agenda and I realize that thankfully the vast majority of the LGBT community are not like these two idiots! Didn't mean to offend!
