Heather reminds me a little of Batgirl (from the Adam West series). All tailored and hair-back by day...but she's a wicked kitten in the night. I really like that duality, and I think the show could do more with it.

Indeed, that is an area where they have really fallen down with Adam and Heather. Both of them war with good and bad...but we don't get to see that conflict enough. I think that's a joint function of writing and acting limitations....but it's a missed opportunity, in my opinion.

I don't disagree with you there. I think she is a very pretty girl, but she comes across onscreen the same way Jennifer Gareis from B&B does, not so much hot and sexy, moreso 1-900-Operator-ish and pornlike lol. I don't hate Vail, but I certainly don't think she adds a thing to the show.

Oh, shut up! :P I like this board very much!

But this thread is something else? Michelle Stafford talk again? And I mean about the same aspect of her performance again? Vail Bloom again? This is like a total copy of last year's thread or something!

I really think that is clever.

Palmer is 83 years old...so I worry about her viability.

But if she's up for it, a short-term stint during this upcoming little Williams thing could be just fine. I really think Mary needs to see her daughter, and meddle with her granddaughter.

Since everyone in Christine's life is back on canvas, I feel Lauralee will soon be back. And I'd really love to see Mary purse her lips at Christine and Lauren one more time.

Your episode counts prove that the canvas is limited...not that many actors or characters. So, of course there will be repetition :).

But every week brings new surprises too. This week, it is P3, Raul and Engen's R/L replacement. So, there will always be something to leaven the tedium :).

AMC threads are exemplary: to-the-point, on topic, intelligent, fun, short. Just great. About the show. But then you hate Pratt? Do you even watch? Pratt is far better writer than Maria will ever be!
