No - it happened last year when Victor was still grieving Sabrina. Jack came to Victor's house with the bloody pictures of Sabrina's corpse and said if he didn't come out he was going to publish them. I don't think he published the pictures though cause Nick wouldn't let him or something. I could be wrong about the last part.
