With the right storyline, the Erica/Adam pairing has the potential to be as great as the Alexandra/Roger pairing on Guiding Light. At least, this is what I'm hoping for.

I do have this in the back of my mind too.... it will be interesting just to see how this dynamic unfolds....Adam and Erica's relationship however is the best thing to happen to AMC in several years. It was a gold mine just waiting to be unearthed after all of these years.

Not just AMC, but to Erica as well. I really never thought I'd see her again. I thought she'd be a POD forever and that it would continue to hurt to watch her. But it doesn't and she's not. She's Erica again and Adam (David Canary is one of the few actors that forces Susan to step up her game and really bring her all to Erica) really brings it out in her. In a lot of ways, by doing nothing but being Adam and letting her be Erica and knowing who Erica is...he's saved her.

I'm still not sure how I'd feel about their becoming romantically involved, something still seems...off, with that part of their relationship. But I love them interacting and being in each others lives and hope it continues.

I hope AMC continues to let Susan and DC work together. He and Vincent (as well as Bobbie and a few others) bring out the best in her acting wise. It feels like she cares again. :)
