That's what I was thinking when I watching those scenes. That dinner too was amazing.

Today's show was simply a classic. Loved the dinner scenes, all the interaction, and watching Jill's world slowly fall apart is delicious. Jess is playing it so well, she's hitting each and every note. I could watch Jess and Jeanne go at it forever.

That final Katherine/Jill scene was GOLD. I got chills.

ETA: And Noah/Eden were tolerable today. As long as she isn't shrieking about how awful her life is, and slamming doors at Michael and Lauren's house, she's actually watchable.

True. :) And every time someone thinks Eden is bad they should just remember the previous version and they'll calm down.

Plus, if this were any other soap, they'd be on four days a week... and maybe even married by now. LOL! It could be much, MUCH worse.

Yes. The writers used them more during February, but that was all for Brad and the aftermath. They did great with the stuff. And then we got three weeks in March without them; just the time to get some rest. :)

I actually hated the Noah/Eden scenes. Actually let me say Eden was more tolerable and Noah is becoming an annoying character, he's starting to be a whiner ala his mother/stepmother style. Anyway loved today's episode not to satrt anything but TS did her thing today with her snide remarks as Colleen. The conflicts the interactions Jack's classic one liners "The bartender?!"

It would be nice if they wouldn't write Colleen as a totally different character.

Even if the guy that plays Noah is great, I can't tolerate much of Noah. He is the typical teenager that I could care less about.

Whose clothes did you like at the rehearsal party ^_^??

I really enjoyed today's episode and i must say all the women looked amazing in those clothes.

Colleen: Loved what she was wearing, the colour was very pretty and the dress complimented her figure/stature. I thought she looked beautiful and radiant. And also gave her something mature to wear because she usually gets casual clothes.

Sharon: She looked gorgeous in blue, i really like that colour.

Chloe: Her face/makeup she looked very cute, and the dress was ok from the top, but the frumpy skirt was ugly. She could of worn a better dress i think since she was after all "the bride to be".

Today was a great ensemble piece, the type of epsiodes most soaps don't do anymore. I don't mind Eden and Noah, they're not shoved down our throats with excessive airtime, and the teen scene on the show is very small. But I know people hate teens no matter what, so.

Anyway, can't wait for Friday's episode with the wedding and more Katherine and Jill tension!

Amelia Heinle looked high in that picture.

Loved the engagement dinner as well. Per the Colleen issue, it appears they write for the actress not the character; they rarely ever giver her more than a few lines of dialogue.

I can't wait for the Jill/Kay feud to re-ignite!

From what I've read, it'll be veeeery tense.

This could just be discussed in the weekly thread instead of having its own thread.

The Kay/Jill scenes today were just classic. When Jill called started to call Kay Mother - then went to Marge, you could tell how scared she is. Just one of the best scenes I've seen on any show (day or primetime) in a long time.

And did we just get a clue as to whom Mary Jane Benson is? When Ashley and Jack were talking about Billy's nuptials and changing his playboy ways, Ashley retorted "isn't that what you said about your first marriage? How did that work out for you again?" And we all know Jack was first married to Patty, right? Hmmmm...

It's been getting through my head various times that it could be Patty. And MarkH would love that, right?

Great! Just the way I like my Katherine and Jill!

Plus,

a nice Friday cliffhanger
