He listed 6 things, and he lost me at #1. His first problem is "hiring friends". Um, Ellen Weston anyone? Wasn't she the head of his production company and they are long time friends? His #2 was firing the good people to make room for friends. Wasn't Millee Taggart fired to make room for Weston? 'Nuff said! So much for listening to anything he has to say.
