Dr. Jay, you are the MAN! I love Phil Carey and Asa. What an underrated talent. Nobody gives this man props, so thanks for posting this!

I have soooooo many Asa memories in my head and on tape. Can't pick just one, but I am looking forward to watching everybody else's posts and videos!

Jay, thought that you just posted a Phil Carey tribute for the fun of it. Man, was I shocked and saddened when I went to read some news and saw that he has died!!! I am in shock, even though I knew that it was coming. What a sad sad week for us and OLTL! I need to go and process this. Isn't it strange how the death of soap actors that we have never met can affect us? Phil came into our living rooma for 27 years! And though I never met the man, and heard that he could be just as cranky as Asa, I could always sense a humour and warmth under all the bluster.

RIP Phil! Thanks for all of your Asa-ing over the years!!!!! I will miss you!!

Thanks so much for the great videos. Asa is one my favorite characters ever and OLTL has a huge gaping hole in it without him.
