Nobody gives this man props, so thanks for posting this! I have soooooo many Asa memories in my head and on tape. Man, was I shocked and saddened when I went to read some news and saw that he has died!!! I am in shock, even though I knew that it was coming. What a sad sad week for us and OLTL! I need to go and process this. Isn't it strange how the death of soap actors that we have never met can affect us? Phil came into our living rooma for 27 years! And though I never met the man, and heard that he could be just as cranky as Asa, I could always sense a humour and warmth under all the bluster. RIP Phil!
