If/when they breakup can Bianca cut Reese out of Gaby's life? Does Reese have any legal say what so ever?

Given how "Kane" Bianca has been acting as late i think she would cut Reese out in a heartbeat. If she legally can is the question.

This is the reason I protest in the name of gay marriage.

Legally adopted or not... Bianca would as seen as the biological mother, so I wouldn't be surprised.
