I don't know about getting custody, but this past week's shows planted seeds of revisiting the connection between Brooke and Jack now that Brooke knows about Taylor's problems bonding with Jack. On Friday, Rick asked his mom to try and help Taylor and Brooke actually made the offer (although Taylor didn't look too thrilled by it). So maybe Brooke being together with her young kids and Jack has something to do with that?

KKL commented recently that she likes her hair long, but she also has some fondness for the shorter style she had around 1999-2000. So maybe the style in the photos is a happy medium between the two? And this past week, they had a few shows where she had her hair up, so it looked shorter, so maybe TPTB are experimenting to see if they can vary between long and short depending on mood or type of scene.

As long as they keep it out of that style that makes her look 10 years older, I'm fine with it.
