These synopses are great!

I'm having to re-read to take it all in.A lot of details are being mentioned that never seen in other summaries.

It's commonly agreed that the writers made a mistake killing off Lisa's son on ATWT.He could have become a major character in the 80's.

When Wade was killed off on SFT,it was the first time I realised he was still on the show as he hadn't been mentioned in previous summaries. The various writers at the time didn't seem to have much interest in the Janet/Wade marriage.

I remember the Jody teen pregnancy story on Y&R.It was the usual heavy handed sermonising, with Brock quoting statistics. Also, there was no reason to be interested, as Jody as a character was boring. Was she played by Cynthia Eilbacher, who lated played April?

I can't find who played Jody on Y&R (but I keep searching). Edit: Yes, you're right Cynthia Eilbacher Jordan was Jody. Good memory.

About SFT, Wade was mentionned before, Paul. Janet and I were both downgraded to supporting players to Steve & Liza: for instance, Wade giving money to Steve, advising Liza, etc

It was fascinating to read the short-term lesbian Kay storyline on Y&R! I really liked the way it unfolded! It's a shame the audience wasn't ready for it, it must have been wonderfully acted.

I hadn't known that Dorian and Marco Dane carried on a sexual relationship! I really miss Gerald Anthony, he'd be SUCH an asset to any soap cast right about now. I'd love Marco Dane back on OLTL (opposite Viki, Tina, and Dorian) or GH (opposite my Tracy!). R.I.P. Gerald Anthony. :(

The character names are interesting to read for their time. And to see veteran characters like AMC's Ruth/Joe, GH's Steve/Audrey and Lee/Gail... even Monica, OLTL's Larry, at the center of all this storyline! Luckily OLTL still holds up with Viki and Dorian in storyline, but poor AMC and GH haven't really kept up at all!

I'm reading, so please post more!

I remember JoAnn popping up after months with Kay offering her the job.as I recall, she was around for a couple of months, the vanished forever.

The Maestro wooing Liz was a sight to behold.it too lasted only a few eps before being dropped.

Brock/Leslie also seemed like filler.

These stories definitely fitted in with Bil Bell saying he would try out stories on air and drop them if not working.
