^^^Given the circumstances, I wouldn't call it OTT. She lost her husband, and on top of that she just found out that her husband was an assassin. Unlike Chapman, this is where I find OTT (not sure I'd even call it that) to fit in the context of the scene.

I agree. And let's not forget that said husband tried to kill her. She kinda has the right to be OTT. And OMG at her nightmare! Those were some intense scenes.

Woo-hoo we're close to overthrowing the OLTL thread! lol

I'm not going to go all orgasmic for Hogan yet. If its his work then I'll give him credit, but it's way too soon to make a clear verdict.

 Carlaviti who? :P Orgasmic? :D:P:lol:;)

^^^Exactly. I can just see the Phyllis haters coming unhinged right now at her "morals" today lol.

LoL blah. I wish RC could write more dramatic stuff like this, and less camp, because he exceeds at that. Nash's death alone was a joke., and he's been on the show for quite awhile.

I loved that entire last arc! And the music for the final scene, BLISS!

Ooohh and I loved Nikki's look in the previews when she was talking to Victoria. Stylists are slowly getting it right.

Well said. RC will soon be forgotten. When Y&R is great no show can touch it not even RC and his OLTL version.

I like RC, he's good for OLTL, and I don't necessarily want him to be forgotten. I just want him to reign himself in a bit, and do away with the silly plots, and invest more time into the underlying emotions of Llanview's civilians.

What if Michael's father was the mob boss who was behind David Chow, and Sabrina's accident?

Y&R has officially rebounded.

I agree. The show has gotten so much better. I loved Nikki's scenes today.

So let's see, should Eric Braeden submit his work during Hope's death or Sabrina's death? If I had to choose, I would definitely go with Sabrina's, even though I thought he did a good job with both.

Oh and let's hope the Sharon/Phyllis feud re-awakens, and not the pathetic school yard antics Latham played out. I liked Sharon's line to Phyllis at the end of the show, and especially the way Case delivered it.

The rebound in quality from LML to Maria is absurd.

I loved Nikki's scenes today.

They really, really need to just give Mel Scott her Emmy.

Yeah, Phyllis definitely deserved it.

I don't agree that Y&R has rebounded because this feels like a stunt to get rid of two unpopular characters, but I will agree this is another good episode.

Sabrina is a wasted character. She should have been played by an age appropriate experienced actress like Finola Hughes.

Watching Nikki haunted by David Chow was scary. Nikki needs to get over her feelings of guilt and move on. She shouldn't let Victor bully her into a depression or worse.

I cheered when Sharon told Phyllis off. Phyllis is the last person in Genoa City who should lecture anyone about right and wrong.

Superb show. Absolutely GREAT soap opera today.

The cast rocked it. Eric B, Melody Thomas Scott, Raya Meddine, Ameila Heinle. All outstanding. Both MTS and EB should submit this episode for the Emmys.

MTS' nightmare scenes were freaky.

I can't get over this show how wonderfully it was written and produced. The last bit with the music and Nikki standing in the door were fantastic. OMG. This show is officially on an upswing.

A stunt? This has been in the works for months. It's what we've been waiting for.
