It irritates me the background they chose for this character. If they're going to cast an Iraqi character, cast an Iraqi actress. This girl doesn't even SOUND foreign. Completely hard to swallow.

And...I thought Ameera was already revealed as Noah's sister?? Maybe I misunderstood when she said the part about Colonel Mayer banging her mom in Iraq. I thought she was hinting at the fact that "Uh, dude, I'm your sister."

Perhaps they'll turn Ameera into a psycho just like they did with B.J., Sam, Adam, Brad's psycho ex (played by Heather Lindell), Kit, Cleo, Evan, and Colonel Mayer.

Maybe she's just an opportunist and a poser that's not Iraqi, that begins to like Noah, she marries him to stay in the country, Luke gets in her way, and she ends up killing one of them.

Perhaps they'll turn Ameera into a psycho just like they did with B.J., Sam, Adam, Brad's psycho ex (played by Heather Lindell), Kit, Cleo, Evan, and Colonel Mayer.

It is typical for gay guys to marry woman. It also typical for people to get married to they can stay in the usa. I dont see the big deal in the storyline and actually love it.

It can and WILL. The weird part is that these contrivances have stirred up the audience so much that they love to hate ATWT, and tune in for more of Nuke's destruction.

Giggle! Bye luke and noah! Now they won't be able to kiss even more if ammera marries one of them! Hahahahahhaha! poor luke and noah fans! when lily leaves she should take luke with her!

That's what I'm afraid of!

I'm afraid that Ameera and Noah will get married so she can stay in the U.S., and that Luke will support them, because he's a tool Ameera's a "good friend".

Then, once they are married, Ameera will begin to develop feelings for Noah (and/or vice versa) and their marriage, which started out as platonic, will cross the line into ... something else ... something more.

Luke will discover Noah has been "cheating" on him; they'll end up on the outs. If it doesn't end w/ Noah realizing that, "hey, maybe I'm not so gay after all", then Noah will be shamed into leaving Ameera. She'll get all Annie Dutton (GL) with him; and just when it looks as if Noah and Luke will finally be together, new girl will do something stupid, and either Noah or Luke will end up dead.

And if it's Noah (who ends up dead)? Then, Luke will either leave Oakdale, or he'll be pushed so far to the back burner that he'll be in danger of falling off the stove completely.

Lord, this story hasn't even begun, and already, I hate it, lol.

Wow these are great potential storylines! Anything to kill off annoying luke and/or noah is great!

She was on for like two days back in May(? or April...) She was that ex-one night stand of Brad's who was going to shoot him when he and Katie went out of town on a publicity thing. Brad had been playing his little tricks, getting Katie to think Jack just wasn't interested in her. They were about to kiss, when this woman Lynne interrupted, pointing a gun and threatening to shoot them. Jack took her out, and Kack cleared up their misunderstanding (much to my horror..... )

she should use the nucular weapon on luke since he's so annoying. that way she'll have bisexual noah all to herself. giggle!
