I got twice a reply once for Y&R and B&B when I asked them some questions... DOn't know whether feedback is transported to higher-ups, though.

Don't know for Y&R anymore but I asked them which tiny role Eva Longoria once played on B&B before being later hired for Y&R and DH. Two days later I had my answer: a bikini clad waitress at a Forrester pool party.
