Robin and Patrick get into an argument, and she lets it slip that she's pregnant. She him and her colleagues that she went to a sperm bank.
Patrick confides in Ian that he's glad he's not the father. He gets worried when he starts thinking about having to be responsible for another human being.
The week goes on, and Robin suspects Patrick is staring at her. Robin tells Liz, who knows the truth about the baby's father, that Patrick's looks are worrying her.
JT is quoted saying that Robin said the baby wasn't his, so he believe it, but he is trying to convince himself that he doesn't want it.
