You seem to not take into account how a white would feel if you call them racist for questioning the ethics of black woman.

I'm sure you've seen a white person, but that doesn't mean that you are an expert on racial discussions with them as evidence by your not-thought-out accusation..

You are the least respectable person in this thread to me..

The McCain campaign responds.......

"We feel that these personal attacks by Wales in no way diminishes the glorious existence of the Cardinals or Rams (Even though the McCluer High School Tidildy-Winks Team or the cast of the Golden Girls could beat the Rams right now and the Cardinals suck Mississippi River water) and we demand an appology for these baseless (Really?) attacks".

Lighten up. I'm nobody to you so for you to get so worked up over this is sad.

You're nobody to me and I still think you're the funniest person in this thread. Blah blah all you want about black this and white that. You're the one with the problem since you're the only one complaining.

When my family starts rising against me because they find me racially insensitive, I'll try to remember that all I need to do in this world is learn how to deal with white people and everything will be okay.:lol::lol:

What's up my peoples! I have one more day on the beach then it's back to reality. :(

I have to say, it's hard to catch up on everything that happened in this thread since this morning....

Ryan! ;) And thanks for this info. I was looking for the fact checks this morning....

I see Ryan said something about this already and ICAM. Are you telling me, that as much as Republicans claim to foster a "culture of life" that there would not be ONE person whom didn't receive a fair trial? That's a little naive, don't you think? I don't know about Georgia, but here in Florida there are news stories quite often wherein someone was serving a sentence that they have since been absolved of. You don't believe that there are any flaws in our judicial system???? Really?

How have you come to this conclusion?

Good post, Brian. Hope you had a good time on your honeymoon! ;)

Thanks buddy.

Howdy there, Wales! ;)

What the hell is "voting in blocks" Going by the implied definition on this board, which I assume to mean voting overwhelmingly for one party or another:

I think Evangelical Christians vote in blocks. I also think Jewish people traditionally vote in blocks. Conservatives seem to vote in blocks, liberals seem to vote in blocks. Union members tend to vote in blocks. Shame on them for exercising their constitutional rights in that fashion.

I personally see nothing wrong with African-Americans generally voting for Democrats. I see nothing wrong with African-Americans voting for liberals. And, in light of the fact that we have never had an African-American nominee for president, I would certainly expect African-Americans to overwhelmingly support Obama. You know, it seems to me that Sarah Palin (a WOMAN) was appointed in the hopes that women voted "in blocks" for one of their own in light of the fact that Republicans made no secret of the fact they thought Palin would attract "Hillary supporters." This expectation was in spite of the fact that Palin and Clinton agree on nothing. So I guess that Republicans either expect "block voting" or stereotype.

Who cares if groups vote in "blocks?"

    • This "3 Love Stories" episode was like taking a sleeping pill with a bottle of Nyquil. Josh Griffith is writing for 80-year olds with blue hair.
    • I guess in terms of Phillip's woman du jour coming in third behind Beth and Spaulding, that's true. But she sure wasn't either MKA or even Liz Dennehy. Was Bolger still in the role at the beginning of Phillip/Chelsea?
    • -- The coming out stuff was well-written and acted, but can't we at least hear someone tell Chelsea she needs to find a girl (or boy) who isn't frickin MARRIED? How is that not a huge fail on her part? She was willing to wreck a marriage to get herself a new boo. -- Dani can't have it both ways -- wanting Andre when she wants him but not wanting a relationship. He needs to leave her dry. -- The Dani/Pamela kiss was a plot device, but I get why they did it. I still think Cady McClain is overacting like crazy. -- Sean Freeman is good as Andre, but geez, his expertise on how relationships work is hard to listen to. He is not that guy. -- Ashley continues to be horribly written and badly played. I've grown to really dislike the character to the point of supporting Derek. -- The closing montage with Ashley and Derek looking at their phones was cool out of context. In context? We just saw Naomi lecture Derek about what to say to Ashley and how to move forward. So why in the hell did he go back to the fire station? Why not go back home? Made no sense. -- The writers are not giving Hayley enough. She's islanded. -- The Leslie/Eva scenes are still great. We get to see this complete mind control that Leslie has over Eva. We know that everything Leslie says is selfish and incriminating and awful, yet it's easy to understand why Eva falls for it.
    • Imagine having to do that in one take
    • I can't remember who or how many people here have said it, but thanks to this site, I can't not think of the Nurse's Ball as akin to a school talent show.
    • It’s a 2025 spin and meshing of both. I love that it also makes her stand out in comparison to all the other women. Like she and Chelsea could not have more differing styles. I applaud the costume designer.
    • Am I the only one that fast forwards the Nurse’s Ball performances? I watched one year and it was the most cringe thing I’d ever sat through. In general I hating singing and performances on soaps, especially bad ones.
    • And both knew how to dress.  I feel Kat is a good mix of both.
    • I wonder if Xander will mention Sarah's history of mental illness in determining custody?

I understand that she has the upper hand now, but if Philip refuses to name his assailant, that won't last for long. Although, it would be odd if two characters are complicit with their attackers.  Yet, as Brady mentioned regarding the baseball bat incident from a few months ago, Xander has gotten away with a lot.  It is almost like he is a billionaire who is above the law. I assume we're meant to hope Xander and Sarah get back together, but today showed that there are just as many reasons for them to stay apart.
    • Blair Waldorf was my spirit animal in college. I was OBSESSED. The slow burn of her and Chuck omg.    Also she has clear influences from Hillary on Fresh Prince of Bel Air as well.
