Will Ron Carlivati get to be Consulting Producer of OLTL?

No he won't. Ron still a newbie HW. He's not a "big name" like Guza, Pratt, Reilly, who can ask for a producer credit.

Oh, I must made the Lisa Seidman/Y&R connection - Paula Cwikly! They worked together at Sunset Beach and both are repped by Sarnoff.
