To scare him, Aidan uses an interrogation technique that involves putting Richie in a noose and threatening to hang him. Just then, they hear the police about to burst in, and Richie kicks the stool away to hang himself! Ryan and Aidan are caught by the entering cops with Richie dangling from a noose. They are arrested for kidnapping and attempted murder. Richie drops the charges and Annie invites him for dinner. Angry, Ryan rushes in and points a gun at Richie, and accidentally shoots Annie!
