Here's some more stuff from the script as well(from the Z/K board):

they refer to the baby as a he (who according to Zach will not be named Zachary Ethan) but later on, while still in the delivery room, Kendall tells him to go see the babie(S), go love the babie(S). There are two references to more than one baby.

There is a 3 episode gap between Kendall's first scenes in the ER and the delivery room scenes. Episode #9666 and #9669.

Cuts to Zach/Kendall & Doctors:

Kendall wants to see and hold baby boy.

Zach: They're looking after him, that's what they do.

Kendall to Zach: Go, go to the babies. Make sure (Zach kisses her, not wanting to leave her)

Zach: I love you

Kendall: Then go love the babies for me.

Interesting. I know JHC said that kid makes it, but I trust that bitch about as much as I trusted the Trashbag, so I'm gonna hope for the best, but....perpare for the worst.

Oh I believe it will make it, they'll probably SORAS her pregnancy, heck they DESORASED her pregnancy with Spike for a plot point

I think by baby she means Spike and the new one, but maybe. LOL Sorry, but until Kendall has that kid home, I won't believe it's okay. I don't trust any of them. JHC is notorius for being as much of a "truth bender" as Fronsie is.

Zach was going to the neonatal unit, I don't think Spike would be allowed in there, plus she'd probably say "Spike and the baby" not "babies"

So we are to think Greenlee steals Spike on Babe's, former baby stealer, say so? She will be most likely framed.

I think this is how they will bring Hannah back into the fold.

She was sniffing Spike's shirt in that condo, foreshadowing I think. JMO of course. If Greens does steal Spike.... there is no going back from that. Greenlee will be a full out psycho bitch.
