Sarah Silverman is HILARIOUS! I remember she was on The View to promote her show and Barbara asked her about her racy material and the "N" word and she depans, "Barbara loves the "N" word." Then Barbara got all flustered and was like "Oh no, I don't love the "n" word." LOL it was pretty hilarious, you have to see it to truly understand.

The Paris joke made the entire show for me, but yes, everyone knew what Sarah Silverman was going to do. Personally, I prefer a host like her. She's just funnier, IMO. I don't like the boring safe hosts, or when they get a celeb who doesn't know how to host.

I don't know. I guess, in my day, women were more restrained.

the brits wouldn't have even found this to be a major thing. Their press and audience is ruthless over there. Don't confuse the royals with the general population. And besides, this is MTV. This is like, a given. Even Jack Nicholson got into the spirit and was completely drunk or high or something when doing his acceptance speech.
