All this talk of having a lot of money -- I hope this doesn't mean they are firing Scott Holmes, suspiciously absent from the new opening and mentioned on this board a few weeks ago as being in contract talks. Hopefully I am behind and they've already re-signed him.

On the other hand, if they fire Passanante and have less writers, would that also give them more money? Could this be what's happened?

The character is dreadful. The greatest young actress could play her and she's STILL be pointless, mundane and awful.

I still say it is Lucy. Why would they recast Jade?

I just saw the Sophie script and there is very little to go on. The only recognizable name is Aaron, who Sophie is talking to. Sophie is with someone named Cole who Aaron doesn't like, Sophie works in a bar.

My first thought after reading it is that perhaps something happened and MS had to leave and they need to quickly recast Ali. Both Ali and Lucy have history with Aaron so I suppose if it is a recast it could be one of them.

Or it could just be a 'character' script in that they are looking for certain traits, not necessarily related to storyline I guess.
