Members Brandeis
I think rumaki is chicken livers wrapped in bacon. In fact I think I've had it and I just pulled of the bacon .. and ate it. Some French-Canadian food can be pretty gross too (Chinese tops the gross list though with dog and cat. which I've probably tasted but no one will admit to) Older generation French Canadians eat "Tete-Fromage" - head cheese, basically a pig's head, brains and all minus bone, thrown into a grinder. PICKLED PIG TONGUES is another. They come in a glass jar and they look like human tongues. Then there's BOUDIN, or blood sausage, looks like big turds and smells vile.
