    I'm not going to kill anyone over it, but I would think I shouldn't be the only one who is very offended that Disney specifically singled out girls. What, ONLY girls' dreams can come true?! What, so I should give up hope on my dreams? Or boys who see the ad for Disney on Ice should give up hope in THEIR personal dreams too?! It's repulsive, and frankly, I'm shocked that Disney, of all entities, would run such a blatantly sexist ad!

    Whether you like it or not, this world is unkind. Be gay or straight or whatever...just live by gender roles, mannerisms, behavior. I think that's the best rule, anyway. Realistically, you're less likely to be targeted.

    To me. and this is just me, I think the whole 'girls dreams coming true' could be making a reference to the princesses... In the ad, did they show like Cinderella, Snow White, etc? I haven't seen this ad.

    I don't think they are slighting anyone at all, so I don't see a reason to get jazzed up over it.

    Um,, wow. That was SO taken out of context it ain't even funny!

    So my comment stands. I would think that this board (especially -- ahem -- ) would find offense in Disney's sexist ad.
