I think they're aging the character and turning him gay.

Really, that would be cool. ATWT needs to get away from the contrived, plot-driven escapades of recent years and return to family-oriented character drama. Instead of watching Lily get kidnapped for the millionth time next year, I'd be much more interested in seeing how she and the other members of the family would deal with this real-life, complicated issue. Many years after the show did the groundbreaking Hank Elliot story, there is still a lack of education out there regarding homosexuality, and what better way to educate the audience than through a continuing story in which all the emotions, angles and thoughts were explored? TV and movies were instrumental in helping the audience overcome their prejudice of other minorities, so perhaps they could help in this area as well.

Fingers crossed!

I don't like Luke being gay. It seems they just come up with a character when doing these stories. Characters that it would make sense would be Henry and maybe BJ, but Luke? How random.

Over at Y&R you have the insanely gay Kevin/Daniel/Scotty triangle. There is so much HoYay going on there that you must wonder if it's some kind of inside joke. Scott and Kevin run around like an old married couple and Kevin wasn't much better when he was with Daniel.
