Just thought about this: whatever happened to Frank Lomax, detective from Harmony PD investigating Ethan's Stalker and had a flirtation with Whitney? Maybe he's Chad's secret lover? LOL.

he only came to town to solve the stalker case. He did it but didnt have sufficent proof and Ethan told him to leave it alone. He realized Whitney had lied to him so there was nothing keeping him in Harmony and he left

Chad's disgusting. I hope Whitney drop kicks his sorry pathetic cheating azz

I believe Frank was supposed to be a long-term character and would've been the Evian son, but they created the role of Chad instead. Remember, Chad appeared months after the other original cast members, in September 1999.

I think the show was trying to build to some triangle with Frank/Whitney/Chad, but just kinda dropped Frank all together. As far as I know, he was supposed to be a long term character, and I know JER had a two year bible. But it could have been a quick change early on.
