I have noticed since the upgrade when I send a PM if I check the box to save it to my send items box it won't go through. It will say that my sent items box is full.I have emptied that box so I know that isn't true. When I uncheck the box,the PM goes through.

I usually don't save my PM's sent all the time but I occasionally will.
