Season 4 has been really good, a big improvement over season 3.

Yes it is mcuh better

Are you behind in Australia? I don't want to talk about the twist if you haven't seen it yet. ;)

We are getting twice a week at the moment.

I taped last nights and will see it when I get home, but the one before that Sucre got shot by Wyatt while trying to crash into the General's car. The computer guy was going to see Wyatt and let him know where Michael and Link were, but Michael figured it out and put a tracker in the laptop and they got Wyatt instead. Alex really di want to beat him to a pulp, but then I don't blame him.

I think that Alex should have put a bullet between Wyatt's eyes, why do I get the feeling that he is alive, they kept on showing his hands.

Gretchen is playing the General, I get the feeling that he maybe the father of Gretchen's daughter.

Ok I was not expecting Don Self to do what he did.

Love that Michael didn't even trust him with taking that piece from syclla.

Now there was a couple of people that were on there as part of the company from a couple of my other favourite shows.

One was the guy that the General shoot, wasn't he the advisor or something like that to the President in 24. And the other was the DHS guy that Self was meant to be reporting to, did he play a secret service guy on The West Wing?

Is T-Bag in the movie "The day the earth stood still"?, I thought I saw him in the shorts.

Same here. That was the twist I was talking about before.

That was great.

I believe the dude from 24 was the President's Chief of Staff or like you said, some kind of advisor. And yeah, the other dude from Homeland Security was the secret service guy on TWW.

The winter finale cliffhanger is pretty obvious, but it's still a good twist. Of course I won't spoil it for you. ;)

Awww Prison Break my ex-lover, the Oz light without the bite. I used to love this show, but the writers literally milked it and just made it up as they went (like Heroes). Sigh, if PB could only have half the creativity of say Dexter and maybe it could conclude with some dignity.

Dexter was subpar in season 3. Plus, cable shows only have to deal with 12-13 episode arcs. 22-24 episodes is a bit harder.

I forgot to set my timer on on the Tuesday before NYE and missed the Company taking Michael.

Well we just had the season finale here or at least I think it was lol.

At first I wondered if the General was related to Link and/or Michael in any way

Hmm very interesting to not only find out that Link's and Michael's mother was part of the company and is still very much alive and this has now brought up a lot more questions.

If their mother was part of The Company why set up Link in the first place?

Was is to flush out their parents cuz they had gone out against The Company?

Will Link believe that their mother is still alive?

Will Michael and/or Link be able to find her?

Is The Company really the bad guys in all this or are they doing something that will benefit the world in the long run?

Will Gretchen survive the shooting?

Stay tuned hopefully these questions will be answered in the next season.

"Prison Break"

The network, whose sole live-action comedy " 'Til Death" was recently renewed for another season, is aggressively developing filmed half-hours and plans to greenlight five comedy pilots in the next week, Fox Entertainment president Kevin Reilly said during the network's portion of the Television Critics Assn.'s winter press tour.

"We're doubling down our commitment to comedy, and we're rebuilding the live action brand sown," Reilly said.

Reilly said he plans five comedy pilots for fall and at least five dramas. Also in contention for fall will be a reshot version of the sci-fi comedy "Boldly Going Nowhere," originally developed for midseason, and Ron Moore's "Virtuality" pilot is being overhauled.

"It could air as-is and a certain segment of the audience would flip for it," Reilly said. "But it's a little dense."

Reilly also confirmed that this is the final season for "Prison Break." In addition to the remaining four episodes, there's a possibility of a couple more episodes being shot.

The show is just played out," Reilly said. "Creatively, everybody feels enough stories have been told. ... We want to finish strong and not just gimp out next season. They have a cool ending."

"Prison" has four more episodes set to air, and might shoot extra series-topping episodes as well.

Reilly hinted heavily that J.J. Abrams' sci-fi thriller "Fringe" will be back for another season.

"It's a keeper," he said of the show, which will soon benefit from a lead-in from "American Idol." "They've really found the storytelling model now. What you're going to see in the second half of the year. The stories really do reset themselves each week. ... I would not expect it to take off after 'Idol,' but I do think it will tick up another level."

"Fringe" has benefited from a new programming model, RemoteFreeTV, where advertisers pay a premium to sponsor the show in exchange for half as many commercials running during the show. Reilly characterized the experiment as a success, but was unsure if the network would be able to persuade advertisers to do it again.

"Viewer feedback was great. ... Advertisers were very happy. ... Studies showed retention was high," he said after the panel. "But not every advertiser wants to pay that premium."

On the reality front, Reilly expressed optimism for the upcoming Osbourne family variety show ("You're not going to mistake that for six other shows on the air ... we think its going to hit big") and said that controversial game show "Moment of Truth" will return.

"We have it as a tool when we need it over the summer or to fill a time period," he said. "We have a season of them on the shelf and they will come back on the air at some point."

Critics also asked Reilly about his broadcast competitors. He offered some praise of CBS for its ability to maintain its ratings and even grow some shows this season.

"I give CBS credit," he said. "It's really one of the best stories of the year. ... 'How I Met Your Mother' actually growing this season, and maintaining that comedy block."

But as for his former network, NBC, he joked that the network is "like the crazy ex-wife I can't get away from."

Reilly described NBC putting Jay Leno into 10 p.m. instead of developing more scripted series as "a smart strategic move in a troubled place," yet noted that given the network's difficulty in launching scripted shows at 8 p.m. will leave very little workable space for new dramas and comedies. "That's a little bit of a sad statement," he said.
