If June wants custody of Tyrell and Samantha, I’m guessing the two storylines will tie together and it will be revealed that Martin killed the man on the country road.

This entire plot is confusing- first the entire miscarriage lie Hayley is telling and wouldn’t Bill know who Joey’s supposed hitman Randy is? The show needs a story editor who can keep the continuity of the show together so it makes sense.

Hamburger was a coordinating producer on Santa Barbara when JFP was the executive producer.

It’s almost 6:45 PM on the East Coast, anyone else having a problem with today’s episode missing on Paramount +? The episode is not showing up- it stops at episode 104 from yesterday.

Sharkey was played by Larry Haines who played Stu Bergman on Search for Tomorrow for 35 years. Sharkey was even featured in the 25th Anniversary episodes in May, then the character was dropped and never seen again. Wonder what happened to cause AW to drop the character?

That’s exactly what I was thinking. Tyrell and Samantha are too obvious.

Given what I’ve seen of Hugh Marlowe’s Jim Matthews, any actor would need to substitute lines given how “robotic” he acted on the show.

The sad part about Virginia Dwyer is that she did not pass away until 2012. Had AW kept her character alive, she could have been there for the entire 35 year run of the show. And there would have been a reason to keep some form of the Matthews family on the show.

Not only just DAYS, NBC has plenty of short lived soaps that could be shown on Peacock- NBC partially owned Generations, Sunset Beach, and Passions. Not to mention Another World, Santa Barbara, and Texas.

If Courtney was playing Alice this Alice/Steve/Rachel triangle might have worked. A recasted Alice and Steve, along with the bad writing doomed the storyline from the start.

AW was still using stock footage as late as 1984. At the 41:45 mark, Ross the hitman drives the police vehicle with Catlin inside off a cliff.

I wonder if Hayley is slowly poisoning Bill to get his money/insurance? Remember he had the stroke right after she gave him that bottle of Gatorade. I just can’t figure out what she’s up to so far. Dani is 💯percent correct about her. And Ashley knows she is a fake, too!

I wonder too- will it be a new character who is introduced as the surrogate? That has to be who she was calling on the phone today.

I wonder if Martin will eventually have to stand trial for murder. In the case of the first thug, that would be self defense. In Kenneth’s case, he is an accessory to murder as are a lot of other characters. Eventually, the disposal of two dead bodies will come up.
