B&B: Old/Classic Discussion & Articles
SF took all the no talents back to acting school. It was the combination of SF acting and Bill Bell writing that made Stephanie a complex and layered character and not the one-dimensional villainess she became under Bradley. It's a shame that SF did not get any love from the Daytime Emmys during the Bill Bell years. As for RM, he was very fortunate to have SF as a scene partner to carry him through his scenes and Bill Bell writing that allowed the audience to ignore his bad acting. RM acting got progressively worse during the 1990s and Bradley writing didn't help either. Bill Bell last hurrah was Belief. Bradley took over not long after. There was a lull from the end of the Catalina crossover until Ridge and Brooke beach wedding. Bradley peak was Fall 1994 through first half of 1995 when all the storylines culminated. Second half of 1995 was the start of the tanking era and we know the rest.

Susan Lucci had a short arc in the final season. I was surprised ABC let her appear on Dallas.

1989 picks up when Springfield learns Roger survived the fall off the cliff in Santo Domingo. Once Robert Calhoun becomes EP, then GL will really hit its stride. SOD named GL most improved in 1989, and I think the combination of Roger's return and Robert Calhoun becoming EP were the main factors.

Love Andre but I'm not digging him w/ Ashley. I'm team Andre/Dani. If Andre created a romantic night in Paris for Dani, that probably would have been amazing.

Keeping it real here, I never checked for any of the GL males. Maybe that's because I watched in real time when I was in middle school and high school. I'm still trying to wrap my head around MZ being checked for. I like MZ as an actor but I never gave his looks any thought, plus I never thought of Roger as any type of anti-hero/romantic leading man.

Let's not forget that Murder, She Wrote shocked the world when it's season 1 finale became the first Murder, She Wrote episode to finish ahead of Dallas. It was a sign of things to come.

BTG/Y&R: Crossover promo
Seeing Shemar Moore and Sean Freeman together on BtG would be a passing of the torch moment in a way. @janea4old Thank you for the IG link.

BTG/Y&R: Crossover promo
The Y&R/BtG crossover I want is Malcolm Winters meeting up with his protégé Andre Richardson.

Kat is regretting rushing into her first time. No to Andre/Ashley, but I'm loving Shanice getting in Ashley's face about Derek and Andre.
