I absolutely hate the ridiculous redeeming of Gwen and vilifying of Abby as well. Also I think Jenn not being a part of this story is glaring, BRING BACK CADY McCLAIN PRONTO!!!! Also Jack is being ruined to me as well. It is sickening to see Jack coddling Gwen and acts like he doesn't like Abigail. I'd love for a witness to come forward or evidence found that proves Laura we indeed murdered by Gwen, so we can get rid of Gwen or (better solution IMHO) Laura faked her death --- that way the mistake of killing off Laura can be reversed. Plus can we give a rest to Stacy Haiduk as Kristen & Susan. IT's NOT Stacy's fault, but the writers, for the extreme overuse of both characters, not unlike DAYS did years ago with Eileen Davidson in the roles, plus more like Mary Moira and Edmund. It's too much.

Can't wait til 5/21 to see the John Reilly/Sean Donely tribute. Glad Kristina Wagner(Felicia) is finally back from her Covid 19 just about year long leave. But.....LMFAO at Variety stating John J. York, Finola Hughes, Genie Francis and Jon Lindstrom reprising their roles", they obviously do not know that those 4 actors are all current cast members of GH!!!

Agreed, I think Theo is being the same Theo as always. Kind, Decent, a great friend, best friend to Ciara. I remember when they were kids thinking they'd end up together. I like Ciara & Ben, but like the chemistry between Ciara and Theo, and the current storyline makes sense. I don't get the gay comment about Theo at all. Just wishful thinking on someone's part imho.

Agreed. I think if Victoria Konafel doesn't want to return on contract, then yes, recast. I also say re-cast Eric, or just write off Nicole. I'd re-cast Hope as well.

The writers finally started writing for Marci's Abby the same as Kate Mansi's, which they should have been in the first place. Never understood why DAYS formerly wrote Miller's so differently. It definitely was the poor writers fault after Marci Miller has proven over and over again how good she is playing Abby with a backbone!

NBC should do like ABC and CBS and just reschedule when Breaking News happens, instead of telling people to watch online. I think that hurts the ratings worse when they do that. I think it's a good move, frame Belle (hopefully they have her wear a blonde wig). Jan is crazy so it kinda makes sense for her. But I think they should have went to John being the killer or maybe Ava.

HELLL NO! Saying Adam "isn't being shoved down our throats", I just don't get that at all. When Adam is Josh Griffith's fave character period, one can tell that easily by watching the show. I don't hate Sally because Phyllis hates her, I hate her because she's a selfish bitch, they way she's blackmailed Summer and Kyle, gone after Jack since day one (she knows he's rich and wants him for his money imho, he's a fool, since she's young enough to be his daughter, maybe granddaughter!, plus the things she did on B&B.

I hate seeing the "put this show out of its misery" posts. Why are you on a soap opera board if you want one of the few soaps left canceled?!?!?!?!? I want DAYS renewed and a new head writer and new exec producer to make this show better. That said, I do not want a massive axing. The cast is good for the most part, but we need better writing, plus axe the overused Kristen & Susan, they are the worst part of the show now, because of the overkill, just like several years ago when Eileen Davidson was being overworked as Kristen & Susan and anywhere from 2 to 4 characters more. I'd also get rid of the stupidity of Abigail going crazy, over and over again. STUPID! POOR WRITING! Get rid of Gwen. Kill off the not seen Summer, and reveal she admitted to Maggie she was NEVER her daughter to begin with! I'd also either bring back Eric with a re-cast, or axe Nicole, which actually may be the best option at this point. Write off Jan Spears for good. Quit being repetitive with storylines. Bring back Jennifer with Cady McClain. Bring back Hope, Try to get Kristian Alfonso back, if NOT get a soap vet to take over the role. Cast a good character for Hope. Possibly axe Rafe, Ava, and Bonnie, briefly have the real Bonnie come to town, which would explain why none of her kids have some to Salem, and then the reveal is Bonnie is really Adrienne brainwashed by Orpheus or Rolf. I'd bring back some essential Hortons ---- Mike, Melissa, Nathan, Jeremy, possibly David Banning. Maybe give Brady, Kate Jake a rest.

Awesome, sounds like Kimberly McCullough is returning for the tribute episode as Robin! Hopefully Kristina Wagner will be back after a year absence as Felicia. Definitely would love that Jack Wagner(Frisco) would return, and somehow Sharon Wyatt can be included as Tiffany.

Phyllis hasn't been like that in years. She does NOT ruin the show. The clinically diagnosed psychopath is Adam Newman. Phyllis was a bitch, and can still be at times. Currently Sally is worse than Phyllis IMHO. AGREE wholeheartedly about Doug Davidson. BUT on Chelsea, slightly disagree, the character being force fed to us is ADAM! Plus this stupid storyline of Sharon having feelings for Adam and vice versa is beyond ridiculous, when during the Justin Hartley years, Adam and Sharon barely had scenes together etc. Y&R is in desperate need of new writers, the Abby baby mess (with NO Chance, who should've been re-cast immediately not sent offscreeen for who knows how long), the Victoria being a bitch and wanting Billy again, and the Adam Sharon mess, are all proof of this, as well as the not using Paul, not doing much with Michael, Kevin, Traci and the missing Fen, Noah, etc.

I'd much rather Roger Howarth play Todd Manning, then play a new character or a returning old character such as a rumored recasting of the thought dead Drew Cain, formerly played by Billy Miller. What are they going to do, not mention the resemblance of Franco and Drew, or Drew gets plastic surgery again to look like Franco, or just a new character appears with a resemblance to Franco, a long twin, or just no mention of the resemblance. STUPID!!

Big mistake IMHO. Never liked Shawn, why on Earth bring his boring ass back.

Dan Feurerriegel does seeem to be good casting as EJ. He's 39 years old.

DAYS needs to definitely rest Kristen & Susan. IMHO, I'd kill them off. Need a break from them NOT Sarah or Jennifer Also how about axing Gwen, she was ok as a villainess for awhile, but her storyline has petered out, and making Gwen a victim and seemingly having Jack betray Abigail for his new found daughter Gwen IMHO is destroying Jack.

Kim Delaney (ex-Jenny Gardner Nelson) is on GH as well, and still looks damn good as well, and she's doing great as Jackie Templeton.

Aiden Turner (ex-Aidan Devane, AMC) would make a great EJ imho. Turner is 44, James Scott is 42. Paul Leyden (ex-Simon Frasier, ATWT) might also be good, although he's 48. Daniel Goddard (ex-Cane, Y&R) is 49.
