The second they locked eyes you just felt the animosity, history, and hatred. 11/19 Really thought the funeral was very well done today. Absolutely loved all the flashbacks. The GH cast for the most part has aged pretty well despite how bad the lighting is on the show. Kelly really looked alive in the flashbacks and I have to wonder when she became the zombie a lot of us now remember her as? Hell even those early Dante and Sam flashbacks she seemed happy and more like the early Sam in the flashbacks.

Now you got me wanting Ric to take Robert’s job 😂😂

I’m nervous about ratings and how long the audience will give the show before they decide they’re going to either watch or drop it.

The Danny actor is not ready for this material at all. If GH stays on the air into Danny and Rocco being adults, I’d love too see what type of things will test this brotherly bond. I would definitely keep them written as close so it’s more impactful when something messes it up.

So not ready for Doug’s death. We were truly blessed to have Bill Hayes so long and despite my dislike of RC, he really made sure Doug and Julie became the hearts of the Horton family.

It really has. She looks fantastic and it’s seemingly helped give her life as a performer again. She used to look so unwell whenever I’d catch a random episode and I’m not just talking weight. This throwback was unexpected but so so welcome 😂😂. Drew is a former marine and also has Jason’s memories, how the hell did he get his ass beat this bad by his self taught thug twin? Loved Ric remembering Molly’s birthday. And also that last biting line to Alexis about her youngest still being alive. Just wow 😂. Honestly Alexis started it with him this time. Loved Rocco and Danny saying no matter what they’re still brothers. I actually wish I had gotten to see more of the blended family. Now Drew is lying to Nina as well 😂. I do think he and Nina need to bang at least one more time to get it as complicated and messy as possible.

This is exactly why Javi and Leo doesn’t work for me beyond Leo needing to be permanently killed off ages ago.

Yeah I don’t really care if viewers at the time took to the character. When I started reading about Y&R history, I as a black man had an extremely visceral reaction seeing the name Mamie used for a black maid in the 80’s and the show never changed it. That’s extremely tone deaf to me.

It’s so weird because I never see anyone say how wildly odd and problematic that was. It’s not like he created and named Mamie in the 60’s either.

All this talk about Gio and I honestly forget he’s on the show these days until he has his random appearances doing nothing.

I always found it problematic that Bill Bell created a black maid character and named her Mamie of all things 🤦🏽‍♂️

I remember there was a period where it was always night in Salem and it’s the best the show looked 😂

This is what angers me about these writers and maybe the fans. Anyone that has a memory about Sonny killing Jagger in cold blood is treated like an idiot fan with the show completely no longer acknowledging it and Sonny firmly in his nice guy role 🙄 I was wondering if they had retconned the fact that Drew had Jason’s memories because if he did he honestly never would’ve done this to Michael.

11/13 Glad the show remembered that Nina is part of this storyline. Also liked Michael telling Jason. The show often ignores the Drew/Jason of it all so it’s nice to see his reaction as this is something that Jason absolutely would NEVER do to Michael. Biggot Natalia and Nice Guy Sonny, barf. What are we doing with Kristina? Somehow Sam’s death has become about her? It also just hit me for the first time that Kristina’s brother was engaged to her sister 😂 11/14 Wow absolutely loved Jason kicking Drew’s ass. I do wonder if Michael and Willow would’ve actually been honest with each other. Always enjoy Michael’s interactions when it’s the Quartermaines in particular because of him being an adult now. If he completely cut out Sonny and just kept Jason, I could live with that. Oh wow, are they chem testing Isaiah with Molly? Oh gosh the mess if she cheats on TJ with one of his coworkers. I did see chemistry there. I did like that the show remembered TJ existed and gave his point of view again with everything. It’s actually laughable hearing Kristina say Ava never pays for her crimes when her dad is Sonny 🤦🏽‍♂️. And it’s also laughable her thinking she can handle Ric in court. If Kristina is supposed to be unlikeable, Mansi is doing an excellent job. Absolutely loved Ric’s little villain to villain heart to heart pep talk with Ava.

11/12 Absolutely loved Liz reading Lucky for filth. I genuinely have no interest in seeing her reunite with this guy at all. Let him just run off and not come back this time please.

Would Adam realistically go to Abby’s wedding? Abby and Adam have barely any relationship at all compared to his relationships with Victoria and Nick. He largely ignores Abby’s existence like the rest of the family.

JKJ and Shelley Hennig’s Phillip and Stephanie were actually a pretty good couple back in the day.

Can I just say how FABULOUS Jess Walton looked for the wedding. They were even trying to give her hair a hint of 80’s and 90’s bigness to it.
