    Jenn is stunned, learning her enemy, Jodie, is HIV positive. She quickly walks away from Diego's door.

    Inside Diego's office,

    Diego

    "So how have you been feeling Jodie?"

    Jodie

    "For the most part fine. Vomiting every now and again."

    Diego

    "And I see you are keeping your self busy, modeling for Divine Design."

    Jodie

    "I'd rather not talk about that."

    Diego

    "So when did you find out you were positive?"

    Jodie, shedding a tear, remembering when she was first told she was HIV positive. Mike holds her

    "It's ok Jodie. I'm here for you. You can do this."
    Jodie

    "I know. It's just hard. Sometimes I wish this was all a bad dream. Or maybe the doctor's got my results mixed up with someone else's."

    Diego

    "I know it's hard Jodie. If you would like, we can continue this another time."

    Jodie

    "No, no it's ok. You would think after 2 years of knowing, I would be past the denial stage."

    Diego

    "So you found out in 2006?"

    Jodie

    "Yes."

    Diego

    "Have you had any sexual contact since finding out?" He says, Looking at Mike

    Jodie

    "No."

    Diego

    "How did you contract HIV Jodie?"
    Jodie, takes a deep breath before answering

    "I was a prostitute."

    Diego

    "Wow."

    Mike

    "What's that supposed to mean?"

    Diego

    "Nothing I'm sorry. Jodie, I'll fax over some stuff to your doctor's from Cleveland and we'll get your meds set up. Now if you would go out to the nurses station, and Dr. Whitfield will draw blood so we can see how your numbers are."

    Jodie

    "Ok, thanks Dr. Serrano."

    Diego

    "Please call me Diego." Jodie and Mike gets up and leaves the office. From around a corner, Jenn sees Kiko escorting Mike and Jodie back to a private room.

    Jenn(talking to her self)

    "HIV, and Mike is with her. I can't believe this. But I do now hold the trump card Jo Ho." She says with a smile on her face, leaving the hospital.

    Natalia is rubbing her belly, talking to the baby inside of her

    "I think it's time we make daddy move in here. Don't you think little one? It's time for us to become a family. Let's give daddy a call" Natalia pulls out her cell phone and calls Mark

    "Good morning"
    Mark, on the phone

    "Is the baby ok?"

    Natalia

    "Yes."

    Mark

    "Than why are you calling?"

    Natalia

    "It's time for us to be a family. We need to be together for this child. I can't raise this baby on my own. I want you to move in here, tonight."

    Mark

    "That won't be happening."

    Natalia

    "Why not? I am having your baby!"

    Mark

    "Not by choice."

    Natalia

    "You bastard. This is stressful for me. It's not good for the baby. I've been getting harassing phone calls. I need my man to protect me and his child."

    Mark, thinking of Rufus

    "What do you mean you been getting harassing phone calls?"

    Natalia

    "I really don't want to talk about it. It frightens me."

    Mark, not wanting Rufus to expose his bisexualness to Natalia, and wanting to protect his child from a crazy Rufus, Mark gives in

    "You win. I do want to be a father to this child. Even if his mother is Satan her self. I'll be there later on with my things"

    Natalia

    "Thanks baby. I can't wait till you get here. I love you." Mark just hangs up on Natalia after she say's that. Natalia is a little hurt. "One day he will love me little one. I promise." She says to her baby. Natalia grabs her purse and heads to Divine Design.

    Ivory Inc.

    Karim is sitting in his office taking to his secretary Ladonna. She is taking notes as he talks

    "I want you to set up a meeting with everyone. I'm taking over day to day operations here. My brother is taking a leave of absence."

    Ladonna

    "Is he ok?"

    Karim

    "He's just needs some time off. And with Ivory posting a loss of 22 percent of revenue last quarter, he is just unable to put in his all right now. The economy is in trouble, borderline recession and Ivory needs to reorganize to reflect the latest market slump."

    Ladonna

    "So that must mean layoff's?"

    Karim

    "It's the only way Ivory can stay alive and remain competitive. Plus a new and exciting line of fragrances. "

    Don barges into Karim's office

    "Look at my nephew. Living large. Nice office, pretty lil secretary. My brother is right! I show could get used to working round these parts." Walking closer to Karim, Don reaches out to his nephew with open arms "Show your uncle some love" He says slapping Karim's back

    Karim

    "Donna, can you excuse us. "

    Ladonna

    "Sure, I'll get right on that"

    Karim

    "Thanks you." Ladonna gets up and walks out of the office.

    DC

    "That's a good one there."

    Karim

    "You got a lot of nerve barging into my damn office like this!"

    DC

    "Is that how you talk to you old uncle DC. I haven't seen you since you was knee high to a grasshopper boy. What the hell's the matter with you?"

    Karim

    "I'm a little salty. My uncle slept with my ex fiancée. This just aint sitting on me right."

    DC

    "Don't be on that boy. I didn't know who she was. She came to Cleveland looking for my hoe."
    Karim

    Around the corner, inside of Divine Design

    Jodie walks into Natalia's office.

    Natalia

    "Well look at who decided to show up."

    Jodie

    "Nat, I am so sorry."

    Natalia

    "Well you better be. I put everything I had into that fashion show. I've waited all my life for that moment and you took that away from me. I will never forgive you for this."

    Jodie

    "Nat, please. I want to make thing right. I want to make amends. I can't go out like this. I know you had a lot wrapped up in this. But please, I can do this. Give me another shot."

    Natalia

    "You must be flipping crazy. Second chance? Have you seen the tabloids. My face is on all of them with sub titles such a Loser, set-up, disaster, those are the headlines Jodie. I am the joke of the fashion world. I make my first grand foray and it blows up in my face. Our stock is trading at an all time low. I failed."

    Jodie

    "No No No. We can do this again. We can do it over. And it will go right. "

    Ria barge into the office.

    "She's right."

    Jodie, turning to Ria

    "I've been looking for you."

    Ria

    "Excuse me?"

    Jodie

    "I want to know why you went to Cleveland with Jenn?"

    Natalia

    "What? What is it with Jenn and this fashion shows and Ria what do you have to do with this?"

    Jodie

    "Oh, you're home girl didn't tell you did she? She was in on it with Jenn. Ria helped Jennifer bring my pimp back to Pasadena. That's why I walked out the fashion show. Because Jenn threaten to expose the truth to the tabloids."

    Natalia

    "I can't believe this. And Ria, you are my girl. I can't believe you helped Jenn do this.'

    Ria

    "Wait a damn minute! First of all I didn't know what the hell Jenn was up to. All she said was she wanted to dig up some dirt on Jodie. I had no idea it was this serious."

    Natalia

    "What? You should have stopped her before she even tried. You knew I was doing a big fashion show. You were in it. Why would you help Jennifer take my dreams away from me? You knew how much I wanted this. To beat Sabryn and Alexis, and show them I am a force to be reckoned with. Show them that I am talented and that I do have what it tales to compete with them. But no! All you bitches played me."

    Ria

    "You say what? I know you didn't"

    Jodie

    "Yes she did. And you ought to be a shamed of yourself doing your good friend like that."

    Ria

    "Bitch you don't know me like that."

    Jodie

    "Whatever" looking at Natalia "I promise, I will make this up to you Natalia." Jodie leaves as Ria is still standing in her office. Natalia wipes tears from her eyes.

    Ria

    "I'm going to excuse you talking crazy girl. You're 6 months pregnant. It's those crazy hormones. When was the last time you got you some girl?"

    Natalia

    "Ria, I mean it, get the hell out. I can't believe you did this to me."

    Ria stands there, looking at her home girl stare out the window. Ria, finally get the picture and leaves Natalia's office. "I really fu(ked up this this time" Ria says to her self.

    Kevin is sitting at the bar drinking a beer. Lauren walks in and begins talking to Pierre until she notices Kevin sitting at the bar.

    She says walking away over to Kevin. She grabs a seat next to him at the bar.

    Kevin, feeling uneasy being around her, having memories of sleeping with her

    "Lauren, it's been a while. How is Daniel doing?"

    Lauren

    "He's doing great. He's finally turned over a new leaf. He's becoming his own man. He's cut all ties with Tyler."

    Kevin

    "I am glad to hear. It's a shame it took such a tragic ordeal to finally bring Daniel to his senses. One minute he is dead and the next he's not. Didn't Chris Douglas get put to death for stabbing Daniel?

    Lauren

    "As painful as it is to admit it, it's true."

    Kevin

    "How did all this happen?"

    Lauren

    "Some crazy woman, Mona faked his death by cloning Daniel. It was Daniel's clone that was stabbed to death."

    Kevin

    "Cloned? This Mona person really is crazy. "

    Lauren

    "You do know that Daniel saw Sharan while he was held captive in Mona's Dungeon?"

    Kevin

    "What? Why didn't know one tell me this sooner?"

    Lauren

    "Mona is the one who kidnapped Sharan. Mona set up Dondre just like she set up Chris."

    Kevin

    "But no one seems to know where this infamous Mona is."

    Lauren

    "I am sure she and Sharan will be found. And speaking of, Kevin we need to talk about that night?"

    Kevin

    "I think we do. We have not spoke on it since."

    Lauren

    "What do you think we should do about this?"

    Kevin

    "Lauren it was a mistake. You love Daniel and I love Sharan. We don't need to let what happened between us change any of that."

    Lauren

    "I hope we can still remain good friends."

    Kevin

    "Of course we can." He says as he hugs her, and to his surprise Dondre is standing right behind Lauren.

    Dondre

    "It must really run in the family. The so called self righteous Williams family. A family full of cheaters. It always starts with a one night stand." Lauren and Kevin are stunned that Dondre has just learned about that one night stand…….

    Jeremy walks into the Titian building. He approaches Alexis’s desk. He looks at her and she looks at him and for a moment they are both speechless. They are drawn to each other like a moth to a flame. It’s as if they are hypnotized by each other. Alexis is the first to break up this odd moment

    “May I help you?”

    Jeremy

    “Most certainly can, I mean, I’m sorry, I’m here to see Victor.”

    Alexis

    “Do you have an appointment Mr……?”

    Jeremy

    “Horton, Jeremy Horton.”

    Alexis arches an eyebrow, knowing very well of the Horton family

    “Wow you’re related to the Horton’s?”

    Jeremy

    “I am. Is that a bad thing?”

    Alexis

    “No of course not, I mean, why would it be? The Horton name is synonymous with charity, civility and peace.”

    Jeremy

    “Wow, I’ve never heard those adjectives to describe my family. I didn’t hear sexy. That’s usually one I get a lot.”

    Alexis, turned off by his smuggish attitude, quickly replies back with an attitude

    Peter walks into the living room and sits on the couch next to Lexie.

    “How’s Kristen?”

    Peter

    “She’s doing a lot better now. Especially since that bastard Tony is in jail.”

    “Nothing. So just tell me when does the trial start.”

    “In one week. That doesn’t give you a lot of time.”

    “To put together some kind of counter offensive in case I can’t get through to the judge.”

    The Police Station,

    Abe is giving the daily shift change report to his officers in his office.

    “Tony Dimera has been brought in on rape charges against Kristen Blake. Also, be on the look out for Hope Brady. I have been getting reports of some new drug dealers in town. Near the pier. Keep your eyes and ears open. Meeting dismissed. The officers leaves Abe’s office and he sits behind his desk . Maggie walks in with a panic basket. Abe smiles

    “You now you’re right. How could I say no after you went through so much trouble.” He gets to kiss her. As he pecks her on the lips, Celeste walks into Abe’s office and is stunned to see Abe and Maggie kissing

    Dr. mike Horton walks into Jan’s hospital room. He smiles at Lucas and Jan

    “How is my baby?”

    Mike

    “I am happy to report that the baby is fine and very healthy. Lucas did an excellent job delivering the baby considering the circumstances. It’s not every day a woman gives birth on an elevator.”

    Lucas

    “Yea, you can say that again.”

    Jan

    “I want to see my baby Dr Horton.”

    Mike

    “I’ll have a nurse bring the baby by”

    “ Yes I’m just in time to meet my great-nephew.” Mike turns around to see his aunt Julie

    Mike

    “it’s a surprise seeing you here Aunt Julie.”

    Julie

    “I don’t see why it would Mike dear. After all, This child is a part of my family.”

    “Julie don’t start acting like a Bitch please. You are his great Aunt. It’s a pretty far relation.”

    Mike is shocked that Jan called his aunt a female dog

    “Jan I’ will need you not to talk to Julie that way.”

    “Then get her the hell out of here!”

    Julie

    “How dare you speak to me like that little girl” Looking at Lucas, “You’re going to sit there and let her talk to me like that Lucas?” Lucas is torn between the woman he loves and his family.

    Sharan, against her better judgment, but knowing this will please Mona

    Ria is ringing the doorbell. The maid opens the door

    "Get out my hoe." Ria says brushing right past her.

    "Jenny!, Jenny get that ass down here. We gots to talk."
    Maid

    "Who are you?"

    Ria

    "Ya momma"

    Jenn comes rushing down the stairs.

    Jenn

    "Ria, what is going on?"

    Ria

    "I want some answers Jenny? What is really going on between you and Jodie? She was about to get slapped at the fashion show talking to me crazy. I am not involved in any of this and you better tell her that."

    Jenn

    "Ria, please, it's not that serious."

    Ria

    "Girl you are tripping. Jenny, I have to work with her. I am not involved in any type of feud between the two of you. I got my 99 problems and that bitch aint one of them."

    Jenn, not wanting to argue

    "Ok Ria. I will tell Jo Ho."

    Ria

    "Uhm Hmm, where fine ass Santino at? I want us to go out."

    Jenn, feeling a bit jealous, remembering she kissed Santino back in Cleveland

    "He's not here. He's with Ty, as usual."

    Santino gets out the limo. Pulling out his gun, and rushes over to where Ty has fallen off the porch. Ty stands back up and wipes blood from his lip.

    "What the hell is the matter with you?"

    Santino, arriving on the scene

    "Boss you ok?"

    "Ask Daniel is he ok?"
    Santino aims his gun at Daniel as Lauren walks up from behind Daniel and pleads with Santino

    "Please don't do nothing stupid!" She says with tears rolling down her face.

    Ty

    "It's cool Tino. Put that away."

    Daniel, to Ty

    "It's because of you why I was on my death bed for months. Do you know what kind of crazy things the psycho Bitch Mona did to me? She was the one who shot me!! I didn't try to commit suicide. Then while I was in the hospital, it was her pumping meth into my iv." He then looks at Lauren. "It was Mona. She was doing this to me. Getting me hooked on meth."

    Lauren

    "Oh my God. That's who you were talking about when you said she's going to get us."

    Daniel

    "Yes." he then looks back Ty

    "Stay the hell away from me and Lauren. I don't want nothing more to do to you. I am my own man. You're nothing but scum. When you see Mona, you tell her I am going to kill her." Daniel walks back into the house, slamming the door in Tyler's face.

    Santino

    "You're going to let him talk to you like that boss?"

    Ty

    "He's just confused right now. It's Lauren filling his head up with bullsh!t. She's in the way. She's been a thorn for me for far to long. But I can deal with her later. We have to find Mona." he says walking back to his limo.

    Back inside the house

    Lauren hugs Daniel

    "I am so proud of you."

    Daniel

    "I am my own man now Lauren. And it's all because of you. I love you." He kisses her softly on the lips. They hold each other tighter and the kiss becomes more deep and passionate. They slowly walk back to the bedroom, unable to let each other go, as they make their way to the bedroom they begin to take each other's clothes off until they are down to their under garments. Daniel picks up Lauren in his arms and carries over to the bed. He lays her down and gets into the bed with Lauren. They continue to kiss. Lauren takes her panties off, giving Daniel the cue that's she's ready for his love. Daniel pulls his d!ick through the slot of his boxers and slowly slides inside of Lauren. Not having been in a wet warm love hole in what seems to be eternity to Daniel, he takes a few strokes and then releases himself inside of her.

    Mona and Sharan are deep in the jungle and they come to s stop. Mona takes a deep breath.

    "My Mary Garden." They take a few more steps and Mona and Sharan look at a weed patch, with weed stocks that reach 5 ft in height.

    "What are you going to do with that junk?'

    Mona

    "Junk, no baby, this is my aunt Mary. Please don't talk about her like that. Let's smoke drugs my Nubian princess.' Mona breaks off a piece of the plant, breaks it down, then rips of a piece of a leaf off from a tropical tree and rolls up her Aunt inside the leaf. Mona licks it shut.

    Sharan

    "So you grew all this marijuana?"

    Mona

    "Sure did. Doesn't it look beautiful? Mona says trying to light a fire by rubbing two sticks together. The friction finally shoots out sparks and at last Mona gets a fire started

    Mona

    "I got some fire for my fire" She says laughing, lighting up her homemade drug stick. Mona inhales and holds her breath as long as she can until she chokes.

    Sharan

    "How can you waste your brain cells like that?"

    Mona doesn't answer, drifting off into a place she hasn't been to in a long time, Mona has a Mary moment. In her moment she sees

    "Mona, I'm talking to you.'

    Mona

    "Sorry chocolate momma. Here hit this" She says holding the blunt towards her.

    Sharan

    "I don't smoke."

    Mona

    "Suit your self. This some good ass weed." She says coughing again.

    Sharan

    "I really wish you would not smoke that garbage around me."

    Mona

    "I will do almost anything for you. But I can't leave my aunt Mary alone. She's been so good to me when I needed her most. Always there when I need her. She's the one that got me through my pain Abe caused me."

    Sharan

    "I want you to replace your Aunt Mary. Replace her with me." Sharan says getting closer to Mona and putting her hand around her. Sharan wonders if she can use Mona's drugged state to her advantage

    Mona

    "You really care about me huh?"

    Sharan

    "I do. And I told you I want to help you get through this pain. You need to confront your father over what he did to you. He needs to pay."

    Mona

    "You're right. He did this to me. He turned me into this weed smoking monster.'

    Sharan

    "I'm going to be here every step of the way. I will be in your corner."

    Mona

    "Then it's time to go back to Pasadena." Sharan is relieved that maybe she might have some hope of escaping this lunatic.









    The Blue Note

    Kiko and Dondre are seated at the bar. As Dre sits down, Abe and Don leaves. Dre chuckles to himself, thinking that DC probably left on his account. Dre orders a beer while Kiko orders Club Soda.

    Dre
    "Club Soda? For real?"

    Kiko

    "I don't drink."

    Dre

    "I'm gone ask you this man and just keep it real with me. I will love you the same. Are you a homo man?"

    Kiko

    "So because I don't drink I'm a homo?"

    Stan

    “That’s where you’re wrong. I will get away with everything that I plan to do. The only problem will be, you will be the fall person for the crimes I commit, disguised as you. It’s genius. No one would ever believe that someone would impersonate you.”

    Sami

    “You can’t do this to me. This can’t be happening. You are not real! I made you up. You are my creation. Who are you?”

    Stan

    “The person you made up. You called him Stan didn’t you?”

    “I’m losing my mind. This is a dream. I’m imagining this.” She tries to struggle out of the restraints. ”Wake up Sami. Wake up”

    “You can count on me Bo. If you need anything I’ll be right outside this door.” He says walking out. Hope tries to leave as well but Bo grabs her. She shrugs out of his hold. “Get you hands off me.! Your ashamed of me!” She says, fighting back tears

    “Hope this has gone on long enough. You are smoking an illegal drug. What the hell is going on?”

    Hope looks at Bo, unable to brings words to her mouth as the drugs taker effect in her system.

    The Dimera Mansion, Marlena and Kristen emerge from the secret room holding each other. Vivian and Peter come out of a room together and are both caught off guard at this rare tender moment with the super arch rivals.

    “What’s going on here?” Before Marlena can answer Anna and Tony emerges from one of the rooms. Everyone looks at him. Tony immediately feels guilty that is alter ego rapped his ex wife and once step sister Kristen. Kristen feels angry and not wanting to hide the truth any longer, she blurts it out

    “He raped me! Tony Dimera rapped me!” Vivian and Peter are floored.

    “To bad Sami number one. You lose. It’s time to do to you, what you did to me.”

    He says dragging her body to her bedroom. Stan throws Sami onto her bed. He then pulls out some gray masking tape and restrains Sami’s body to the bed.

    Stan

    “I’m going to take over your life Sami dear.” As he grins from ear to ear. ”Meet Sami number 2”

    “Fancy face why, why are you doing this?”

    Hope

    “Bo...I...I just need this, ok? I know that it isn't a good idea to smoke crack, but please trust me when I say this is the only option left for me! The only thing that can stop my drinking but help me get over everything. Shawn's death, Gran's death, my father...everything”

    “What do you mean everything? It seems like your hiding something else. Every time I try and talk to you, you shut me out. You put these walls up between us. Haunting me, taunting me...watching me! She will just never go away! I keep flashing back to the day she died...that is one day I will never forget!" she blurts

    Gilbert

    "Oh they will. Natalia has got nothing on you. I am sure SG will reclaim the top spot it once held."

    Sabryn

    "Indeed. I am going to go ahead and launch my Elegante' line."

    Gilbert

    "That was something you and Sharan were working on together. How will that play out with here not being here?"

    Sabryn

    "SG is in trouble. I have to do something to turn this sinking ship around. There is no telling where Sharan is or if she is ever coming back."

    "That is true." Just as he says that, they hear a high school band marching towards her office.

    Sabryn

    "What in the hell is going on!?" They both run out of Sabryn's office to see what the commotion is and Sabryn is stunned to see Bryan, playing the drums, in front of the high school band. Sabryn sees a banner that reads "Will you marry me?" Sabryn is caught off guard as she is overjoyed that the love of her life has finally asked her hand in marriage. Bryan approaches her finally as the band stops playing.

    Sabryn

    "What is all this?"
    Bryan, getting down on one knee


    "What does it look like? I am asking you to marry me Sabryn. I want us to be a family to our child. I want us to be happy together, forever. Will you make me the happiest man alive and say yes, say that you will marry me?"

    Sabryn

    "Yes! Yes I will marry you." Bryan stands back up and hugs his new fiancée as the band and office workers cheer for the newly engaged couple.

    Meanwhile, in the parking lot of SG, The lady in red is lurking around. She sees Sabryn's car and walks over to it. LiR gets a bat and bashes all of Sabryn's windows to her car.

    "Take that bitch!" She then looks over and sees Bryan's car. LiR walks over to Bryan's car, pulls out a knife and flattens all of Bryan's tires. Then she walks away as if nothing has happened.





    Abe and his brother Don are seated at bar at The Blue Note.

    They both order a beer.

    "It is so good to finally hear from my older brother. After Hurricane Katrina I feared for the worst. I didn't know where you were relocated too."

    "Wow. Cheated huh?"

    DC

    Abe

    "I thought you were happy with your wife?"

    DC, having a flashback of kissing Sister Patterson

    "Sometimes things just happen. I got caught up and I paid for it. I don't know my sons, hell I wouldn't even know them if I saw them on the streets."

    "I don't know boy. All these damn questions is making me hungry."

    Abe unlocks Dre's holding cell. Kiko and Dre hug.

    Kevin, has a look of madness on his face as he keeps having flashbacks of all the things Dondre has done to get with Sharan, The romantic breakfast at the beauty shop, making love to Sharan, she called out his name, and he remembers Ria telling him she caught Dre and Sharan kissing at Ashley's funeral.

    Kevin

    "Enjoy this freedom while you can. It's not going to last long."

    Dre

    "Says who?"

    Kevin

    "Watch you're back." Kevin says as he leaves the police station. Karim follows him. Abe unlocks his wife cell as well to release Rufus and Pat.

    Pat

    "It's about damn time. I can't wait till we get home. We are going to pray all night. I can't believe you arrested me." She slaps him.

    Dre

    "Thank you Sister Patterson for believing in me."

    Sister Pat then slaps Dondre. Dondre is stunned

    "Don't talk to me when I am angry boy." She rolls here eyes at everyone and leaves the police station. Dre looks at Abe

    "You better get your son in check. He gone fu(k around wit me and get hurt." Then Dre begins to walk out with Kiko following. Abe shakes his head in frustration. Rufus who is still there, gets bold and says

    "It looks like you need a hug?" Abe looks at Rufus and walks away.

    "I was just trying to help. Oh well I guess. Pasadena has so many fine men. I'll have to sample them all" She says with a smile, leaving the Police station as well.

    "Liar. He's right there." he says pointing at Mark walking over to them.

    Jodie hears a knock on the bathroom door. She rushes to open it to find Jenn with a smug smile on her face.

    Jenn:
    May I come in?

    Jodie tries slamming the door in Jenn's face but Jenn lets herself in anyway.

    Jodie:
    Are you deaf?

    Jenn:

    Jodie:
    Why are you here?

    Jenn:
    I came by to warn you that by the end of the fashion show, your reputation will be just as tarnished as that whorish past of yours.

    Jodie:
    What are you talking about?

    Jenn:

Jodie flails back into the wall. Jenn springs up and is ready for action. Jenn lunges for Jodie and starts to strangle her. She then throws Jodie over her couch and onto her glass coffee table, breaking it. Jenn jumps over the couch to attack Jodie but Jodie sweep kicks her ankle to bring her down to her level. Both women roll around on the glass, pulling each other's hair and screaming. Jenn gets up to head for the door again but Jodie grabs onto her leg to trip her. Jodie looks around and sees a knife sitting on the kitchen table. Jenn notices it too but Jodie's quicker when she grabs it. Jodie places the knife in front of her throat as she tugged onto her hair.

    Jenn:
    What are you going to do kill me? Go ahead and do it. Mike will still find out how filthy you really are.

    Jodie:
    I learned some things while I was on the street. Here's a message for you, don't screw with me!

    Jodie opens the bathroom door and with all her might, throws Jenn out. Jenn trips to the ground as she watches the door slam in her face. All Jenn could do was laugh in victory.

    Jodie sits at a table on the patio that sits over a pond. As she is drinking a margarita she thinks back to her confrontation with Jenn. She then thinks of letting Natalia down by giving into Jenn's black mail, and walking out of the fashion show. Mike then comes up behind her.

    "Jo, what is going on? Are you ok?"

    Jodie

    "I'm so glad you are here." She says getting up and hugging him.

    Mike

    "Jodie what is going on, why did you run out the fashion show like that? Is it Jennifer?"

    Jodie

    "Why would you say that?"

    Mike

    "She was acting to thrilled about your walking out on the show."

    Jodie

    "I bet she was." She says walking away and over to towards the koi filled blue pond. She leans over the banister and watch the fish swim around. Mike walks up beside her and does the same.

    Mike

    "Tell me what's going on?"

    Jodie, tears falling from her eyes

    "That dirty Bitch went to Cleveland and found my old pimp DC."

    Mike

    "It makes sense now. But why would she do this?"

    Jodie

    "Because she's a spiteful Bitch."

    Mike

    "Jenn really has changed. I didn't know she could be this vial."

    Santino pulls Ty's limo in front of Ty's mansion.

    As Jenn walks back into the showroom, Natalia takes center stage. She has a microphone in her hand and speaks to the crowd.

    “And now everyone, the moment you all been waiting for. Jodie Keefe, wearing tonight’s show piece. Everyone put your hands together.

    DC, hollering out

    “Go head Hoe!”

    Everyone looks at DC, slowly clapping wondering what he is talking about. Jenn smiles as the music plays and Jodie has yet to step out.

    On the stage, Natalia looks at her stage hands and asks what’s going on? They reply they don’t know. Natalia then begins to desperately search for Jodie.

    The crowd waits and waits for the show piece and Jodie walk to out onto the runway. Natalia enters the women’s rest room but doesn’t see her. She then gets a text message.” I’m so sorry. I can’t go through with it.” Natalia throws her phone at the wall, as her moment of glory is stolen her from by Jodie and Jenn.

    “No..No..No…” She says with tears running down her eyes.

After all these years, you can be reunited with Sister Patterson?” Mona gets up off the beach and walks in the shallow water as she thinks what it would be like to finally end her reign of terror. She wonders what it would be like to be reunited with her mother and brothers.

    Ria pulls up and wonders why a moving van is in her old driveway. She gets out the car and walks to Karim’s front door. Karim almost walks right into her coming from around the corner.

    Mark is smoking a cigarette. Rufus walks out of the lobby doors.

    "I'm going to go down stairs to the show room and give the media a few interviews before our big show. I 'll meet you two along with the other ladies in the dressing room."

    Kevin is helping Karim pack up his things.

    Karim

    "I can't wait to move the hell out of here. I don't want to be reminded of Ria."

    Kevin remains quiet and still continues to carry boxes out to a moving van. Kevin continues to think about the night he slept with his best friend Lauren. The Police Chief Abe Williams pulls up. Abe gets out his car and approaches his son.

    "What's going on son? Who's moving?"

    Kevin

    "Karim, he bought a mansion on Lavender Hill."

    Abe

    "That's nice.. Look I need to talk to you and your brother. Is he inside?"

    Kevin

    "Yea."

    Abe

    "Let's go inside then." And they do just that. Once inside, Karim walks out from the bedroom and hugs his father.

    Karim

    "It's good to see you pops."

    Abe

    "Same here. I got something to tell you boys."

    Karim

    "Was sup?"

    Abe

    "I arrested your mother."

    Kevin

    "You did what?"

    Karim

    "What in the hell the matter with you pops?"

    Abe

    "She assaulted some one."

    "Assault!? Who?"

    "Some lady named Rufus, or he could be man. It doesn't matter, Pat attacked him."

    Kevin

    Jodie

    Reporter

Though I must say it doesn't look very promising. Enjoy the show everyone." She walks away from the media spotlight and over to Sabryn, Bryan and Gilbert.

When Jodie turns around to question DC, Jenn emerges from behind DC with a victorious smile on her face,

    "Hey Jo Ho? I brought your pimp back from Cleveland. I wonder what will all those people say out there when your on the runway and they find out you're a slut."

Right behind Rufus is Sister Patterson Williams, pushing a buggy. Pat realizes who is in front of her. She has a flashback of seeing Rufus at Sabryn and Bryan's trial.

    "I've been looking for you."

    Rufus turns around and sees Sister Patterson,

    "Can I help you?"

    Sister Pat

    "I am only going to say this the only way I know how. I only know how to speak the truth. Are you a man or a woman?"

    Rufus

    "Get out of my face you ugly crow." Rufus walks off. Sister Pat pulls her Holy Water and a Bible from her purse and goes after Rufus.





    Huntington Memorial Hospital

    Lauren walks into Daniel's hospital room. She sits down next to him and holds his hand. As he lays sleep she talks to him

    "I can't believe you are really here. I wish you could wake up. I have so much to ask you. Everything is so confusing. I thought Chris killed you, I thought you were dead. But you're not. How did this happen? I don't understand."

    Daniel slowly begins to open his eyes. When he sees Lauren, and he smiles.

    "Tell me this is not a dream."

    Lauren

    "It's no dream. You're here at Huntington Memorial hospital."

    Daniel lets out tears, as he finally realizes, he is free from Mona's death clutches."

    Ty arrives at Huntington Memorial Hospital. After wheeling Daniel in, he asks for Dr. Diego Serrano. Diego walks over to the nurses station and is stunned to see a Daniel.

    Diego

    "Your just full of surprises."

    Kiko, right by Diego's side wonders what his mentor means by his comment.

    Karl

    "No time for coffee clatch. Check this man out now."

    Diego

    "Right, no need to talk to me in that tone." Kiko rolls Daniel's wheel chair into the ER as Diego follows. Ty is pacing the ER, trying to keep his thoughts together.

    Karl

    "Sit down boy. Your driving me insane with all that pacing."

    Ty

    "I wish You would stop riding my ass. That's all you have done since you got home from prison. You couldn't even to tell me thank you for getting you out."

    Karl

    "Thank you? You can't be serious. Look at how long it took you."

    Ty

    "At least your out."

    Karl

    "I am your father. I gave you everything you had. This life, this name. You are rich and have many people on your payroll. That didn't happen over night."

    Ty

    "It certainly didn't happen all the nights you were in jail. Leaving me to fend for myself."

    Back at Westwood Park.

    Lauren lays past out on her sofa with the empty bottle of Gin laying next to her. She hears her doorbell and jumps up. She screams out in pain as her head begins to throb.     "I can't take this sun. Please come in." Sabryn and Bryan enter the house. They both notice the gallon of gin bottle that lays on the floor empty.

    "I see you took the news pretty hard."

    "What news?"

    Sabryn

    "Chris was put to death last night"

    Bryan

    "We came over to make sure you were ok. You have been through a lot."

    Lauren instantly has a flashback of having sex with Kevin last night

    "Yes I have. I am glad he is gone. He's a murderer."

    Bryan

    "Lauren do you honestly believe that?"

    "The court believed it."

    Bryan

    "Daniel is alive. I found him last night."

    In the kitchen, Sister Pat is sipping on some coffee as she reads the front page of the newspaper. She reads about Chris's death.

    "Poor man. It's too bad he could not have been saved in time. He should have gotten a new lawyer or something. I knew my third eye was right about him. Lord have Mercy, What kind of world do we live in." Sister Pat puts her coffee down and walks over to the living room and looks out the window . She looks at the house where she dropped the picnic basket of food off last night." I hope Miss Jenkins like what I made her. She can be so damn picky." Then Abe walks into the room.

    "It's not for me. I've waited all night to hear about what you have to tell me about Kelis. I couldn't sleep, I couldn't even pray."

    Abe, getting the guts, to finally fess up to what he did to their daughter sits down on the couch. Just before he speaks, his cell phone rings.

    "This is big. Ty found Daniel last night."

    Pat

    "Lord have mercy. Wait till Miss Jenkins hear about this."

    Abe

    "Oh My God" She shays turning around. "If Daniel is alive then Chris really was innocent. Oh My God, NO!" Lauren hollers out as she realizes Chris is dead.

    "NO, God NO!" She hollers out sinking to the floor. Ty rushes over to her, comforting Lauren in her time of desperation and despair.

    "Chris is Gone, He's dead!" Ty doesn't say anything, knowing he had a slight chance of saving Chris's life but didn't step up and do so. The tears drip from Lauren's face as they do off of Bryan's as he realizes his good friend died for nothing as well. Sabryn holds him……….

    "You can oversee the development of the fashion show. I won't be in here for long, and when I get out, I won't forget this."

    "Well just don't forget, I have an investment in D&D. I'll assume day to day operations. I can't wait until Sabryn finds out."

    Across the street from The Williams House, is Sister Patterson, leaving a darkened house, she looks to see if there are any cars or anyone watching her. Once she sees the coast is clear, Sister Pat makes a dash for her house. She enters the front door, out of breath. "I hope Miss Jenkins liked what I cooked. She can be picky."





    As

    Abe, on the outskirts of Pasadena, in a vacant field, is digging into the earth until his shovel hit's something hard. Abe digs around it. Once the casket looking box is cleared of dirt, he prays it opens. Finally after a few tugs at it, the casket opens. The casket is empty. "This is where I buried Kelis. So that must mean she really is alive, living as Mona. Oh my damn. Everything I did to her is going to come out." Abe closes the casket back up and fills the whole he dug back up with dirt. As he puts the dirt back, he wonders, where is Mona, and what else has she done. He also wonders why Mona and Ty are working together."I have to put a stop to this madness. " He says as he walks brushes himself off and walks over to his car and drives off.



    Meanwhile

    At Mona's bombed underground bunker slash mountain resort,

    Ty lays on the rubble, having fainted from seeing Daniel in the rubble. Karl walks over and slaps his son's face

    "Get up you woman. What kind of son did I raise?" When Ty doesn't respond, Karl then punches his son in the face. Ty wakes up and rubs his jaw, sitting up

    "What the hell is the matter with you?"

    Karl

    "Get up you fool. Get it together. I can see why your life is falling apart around you. That's all going to change now. Daddy is home."

    Ty

    "Right, whatever. Just help me carry Daniel to the car." Ty and Karl carry Daniel's weakened and tortured body into Ty's car and drives off to the hospital.





    Just Chris, takes his last breath of life. Chris, having been lethally injected is no more. The state of California, with Mona's underhanded treachery, has killed an innocent man.

    Doctor

    "Time of death is 11:53 pm." Chris's body is covered and taken to the morgue at the hospital.





    Westwood Park, Lauren's House

    Alexis, calling out to him

    As Chris is strapped into place, in the lethal injection room, Chris is slowly realizing that hope and time are running out for him. This is, do or die and it looks like it's die for Chris.

    "Are you ready?"

    "Burn in hell smart ass" The officer start's the procedure and the lethal toxin's are injected into Chris's veins, slowly paralyzing him. Chris's eyes shut for the very last time. His last sights are of police officers standing all around him waiting of him to die. Chris never thought he would die like this, And with that, Chris expresses his last thought he has. Chris's heart monitor tells the story of a dead heart. Chris is dead, for a crime he did not commit………..

    Lauren, Chris, Bryan, and Sabryn are stunned as Chris is picked up off the floor, passing out after hearing he has been sentenced to die for a crime he did not commit, by officers and carried back to his cell.

    "There has to be another way. I thought you were on death row for some weeks if not months. What is the rush to kill an innocent man tonight? Judge Judy gave him no time for an appeal or hope for new eveidence. Judge Judy really is a Bitch!"

    "Probably the severity of the crime."

    Bryan

    " Probably because of his lawyer, Lisa. I don't get it. She did a good job for us, with the charges against us regarding Ashley's death. Just so sad. Chris was a good man. I still believe he was innocent."

    Sabryn

    "The eveidence is pretty overwhelming. We need to get going to see Dr. Whitfield for my check up. I don't want to be late. I have been through many battles" Bryan smiles at her and kisses her as they leave the courtroom.





    Kevin

    "Are you ok?"

    Lauren

    "I'm just glad that Bastard finally got what he deserved. It's about time. I don't know how I could have loved him. From heart ache and pain with Daniel to jumping into a relationship with Chris to only find out he's a cold blooded killer"

    "Om my gosh. That is sick. Just horrible. I would have never guessed anything like that about Chief Williams."

    Mike

    "It's makes a lot of sense though. Ty is blackmailing Abe with this information and that's why Ty has been able to do what he pleases all this time."

    Jodie

    "That does make sense."

    Mike

    "And you haven't been able to find out anything yet from working with him at his Hotel?"

    Jodie

    "Not yet. But In a little time, he will trust me. I can tell he is attracted to me. I can use that to lure him in. And it will get under Jenn's skin. She is such a pest. I don't know how you ever got involved with such a self centered Bitch"

    Some where in the Pacific Ocean, The USS MONA submerges from the water, Mona drives the sub as far inland on an island as she can. The sub comes to a sudden halt as it get's stuck on the sandy beach. The jerking of the sub awakens Sharan. Mona opens the door to the sub and steps out. She looks around and smiles at her tropical paradise that sounds her. Sharan comes out of the sud and looks at her new home.

    "Where are we?"

    "I don't understand why they would put a good hospital like this next to the hood."

    "Is that where we are at?" Getting nervous upon seeing thugs and gangster on walking on the side walk.

    Ria

    "I won't have you talking to me like this. I am your father. You will respect me. Now what is bombing this cement block supposed to do?"

    " It's obvious Mona is trying to hide something. Why else would she cover her resort with cement. With any luck I hope I find some answers and Mona. When I see her, she's dead on sight." Ty presses the trigger and Mona's Mountain resort explodes with Daniel trapped inside..........

    “TO be honest I’ve been a mess. Ever since Chris stabbed Daniel I haven’t been able to sleep. Every time I close my eyes I instantly go back to the night when the lights went out.”

    Kevin

    “Believe me I know how you feel. I can’t even think straight since Dondre kidnapped Sharan. I am even thinking of handing over complete control of Ivory Inc. to my brother.”

    Lauren

    “Wow. It seems we are in the same boat.”

    Kevin

    “I guess so.” He says as they walk into the courtroom. They see Bryan and Sabryn all ready sitting inside. Sabryn gets up and greets Kevin

    Sabryn

    “Kevin it’s so good to see you. I am so sorry about Sharan.”

    “Thank you. I hope and pray we get a lead soon.”

    “I hope no one sees me. This is so degrading. All because of Mark. But rest assured, now that I got this tape with Bryan and Natti, I’ll be living the good life real soon. As soon as I cook this steak up, It’s time to get paid,” Rufus continues to simmer his steak





    Ria walks into Pasadena’s Friendly Skies Airport.

    Sierra Madre, Mona's Underground Bunker

    Mona's cell phone rings and that brings her back to life after being knocked out by Sharan. Sharan is running around the dungeon desperately looking for a way out. Mona sits up as Sharan, with no where else to go, runs into the home made tunnel Mona has been diggin.. Mona stands up and answers her phone

    "Hold on for a minute, I got something to handle." Mona puts her phone in her pocket, and not pressed to run after Sharan, after all she knows where and what the tunnel leads too, walks through tunnel following Sharan, letting Sharan think she has one up on Mona. Sharan comes up to a door and opens it . She sees something that looks like a big machine of some kind. Taking a risk and no where else to go she walks in it and sloly and caistiously walks around this "machine" trying to fid a way out or a weapon of some kind.. Mona steps inside the machine to and closes and locks the door. Mona walks over to the control panels and looks over all the buttons and screens and computers that sit before her, she a presses a button, and speaks into the intercom

    "Hello and welcome. You have just boarded The USS Mona Lisa. That's right thanks to Ty and his monies, I got a submarine Bitches. Today, we will be traveling to a romantic getaway for a life time stay. Expect wild sex, scuba diving, dinners by the beach and much more. Again thank you for riding the USS Mona Lisa." Mona then presses another button and the submarine departs from it's docking station,(which is why Mona was building a tunnel in the first place) and goes under water. Mona sits down and pulls her phone back out.

    Mona

    "What's going on Miss Lady."

    Lady in Red

    "We have a problem on our hands. My enemy did not go to jail. This was not supposed to happen.The wrong person has been arrested."

    Mona

    "Hold on" Mona puts her phone down and goes to look for Sharan. Sharan unable to get very far in the submarine is cornered by Mona.

    "I can't believe you hit me. I told you not to do anything stupid. Now I'm have to cut ya."

    Mona walks back to her phone and picks it up

    "Listen, I am changing locations now. Sharan decided she was ready to leave early. In the meantime just stalk your enemy, put some fear into her heart."

    LiR

    "No problem at all. I learned from the best."

    Mona

    "You got that right. Have you seen Ty?"

    LiR

    "Here and there. He is running around here like a chicken with his head cut off. He's really flipping out now that Santino is alive. He's trying to figure where you're at and what really happened to Daniel."

    Mona

    "By the time he does find out it will be too late. I'll be in touch" Mona hangs up her phone as The Lady in Red goes to her enemies house.

    Mona walks toward Sharan

    Sharan

    "Please leave me alone."

    Mona

    "Never." She says grabbing her, and kissing her. Sharan bites Mona's lip and out of anger Mona punches Sharan in the face then bashes her head into the wall. Mona then pushes Sharan on floor. Mona kneels down and tears Sharan's shirt off and massages her breast. Sharan tries to struggle and get up but Mona punches her in the face again and Sharan passes out.     Chris is escorted to the visitors room where his attorney, Lisa Ray is waiting for him.

    Chris

    "I can't believe it's come down to this. Why is this happening to me?" Chris closes his eyes and tries to figure out what he should do. Chris feeling like there is no more hope him and with everything stacked against him finally gives in

    "I'll take the deal."

    Lisa

    "Great. You'll be sentenced tomorrow."

    Chris

    "Great." He says, his eyes watering up. Chris gets up and asked to be taken back to his cell.





    Ty drives up to Mona's cemented Mountain resort. Ty gets out his car, along with his father Karl and both are in shock as they see the mountain resort, is nothing more then a huge cement block.

    Ty

    "Damn it!"

    Karl

    "You dumb fool. Mona played you."

    Then Abe pulls up and gets out his car.

    Abe

    "Why did you drag me out here? Haven't you and Mona done enough?"

    Karl

    "Well Abe, it's good to see you old friend."

    Abe

    "You belong behind bars."

    Karl

    "You too, Child molester."

    Ty

    "Stop it. I don't have time for this. Abe, Mona is missing. We have to find her."

    Abe

    "We? Since when are we working together? Where is Sharan? That's who I want to find. My son is going through hell right now."

    Karl

    "You have no one to blame but yourself. You are the one that drove Mona mad."

    Abe

    "Stop calling her Mona. Her name is Kelis damn it."

    Ty

    Abe

    "You don't know nothing about me. Don't pass judgement and stop wasting my time. If Mona is missing maybe it's for the best."

    "I don't think you understand. If we don't know where Mona is, she is liable to do anything to anyone here in Pasadena. She's a loose cannon. Starting with exposing your dirty secrets. So I think it would be in your best interest if we worked together. What else have you got to lose?"

    Abe, mad, that once again Ty is controlling him once again

    "This has to stop."

    Karl

    "So what are you saying? Your going to turn yourself in to the police? That's the only way this is going to stop."

    Abe

    "No. I'm saying you are done controlling me. I am resigning from the force and telling my family everything." Abe gets back in his car and drives off.

    Karl

    "Don't just stand there you idiot. Stop him!"

    Ty and Karl get in their car and drives after Abe. As Ty's car pulls off, Mike walks out from the bushes having heard everything and says " I can't believe Chief Williams is a child Molester. All this time he and Ty have been working together. Abe knows who kidnap Sharan and it wasn't Dondre. This keeps getting crazier" Mike gets in his car and drives off.





    Lavender Hill, Sabryn's Mansion

    As Sabryn and Bryan sleep peacefully after many nights of being apart, The Lady in Red Breaks into breaks into the mansion........



    Natalia pulls up to her house in Westwood Park.

    She walks into the front door and sees her place has been ransacked

    "Oh no."She says as she runs to her bed room and looks to see if her sex DVD with Bryan is missing. She enters her bedroom and sees that her worst nightmare has come true. Natalia looks inside and realizes the DVD, the bargaining chip she had over Bryan is missing. She screams!

    "I sure did say that. Daniel should be dead for putting his hands on you. Look at all the things he's done to you."

    "Then why didn't you help him?"

    Lauren

    Well you took that chance away from me now didn't you?"

    "Oh Lauren please. Daniel didn't want help. He kept escaping from the nut ward. What happened to all the times you said it was over between you two. You were ready to move on, away from him without Daniel in your life and now you wanted to help him?"

    "If you really feel I killed your ex crack head boyfriend, then Lauren why are you even here?"

    Mona walks out from the tunnel she has dug. She puts her shovel down and sits down. She looks at Sharan, still tied up to a bed.

    Mona

    "How do you feel pretty?"

    Sharan

    "Not good. You try being tied up and see how you feel. Why are you digging that tunnel?"

    Mona

    "That's how we are leaving this place. Were going on our honeymoon. A romantic tropical island. Just me and you baby."

    Sharan

    "What about Daniel?"

    Mona

    "That's a good question. What about Daniel?" She says as she looks at him. Daniel who is very weak, from lack food and water, in pain from the abuse Mona has implied him, from beatings by steel shovels to having blunts ashed into his skin. And if that wasn't bad enough, Daniel has been chained up , in a standing position for weeks.

    Daniel, softly

    "Please kill me. I don't want to live no more. I'm sorry for everything."

    Mona

    "You sound like a man with a clear head. A man is no longer on drugs. I bet the withdrawal from meth is killing you."

    Sharan

    "Please stop this madness. Let us go. We didn't do anything to you."

    Mona

    "But your fiancee's father did."

    Sharan

    "Abe?"

    Mona

    "That sick bastard. It's because of him why this is all happening. He did this to me!" She says as for the first time ever, we see Mona's vulnerable side when she sheds a tear. Mona does have some emotion. Not wanting to let Sharan or Daniel see her in her weak state, she gets her shovel and walks into her tunnel. Sharan thinks to herself" I have to come up with a plan to get us out of here. There's no telling what this mad woman is going to do. I have to do something before she takes me to that island. Damn where is Abe? Where is Kevin? Why hasn't anyone found me yet?" Upon saying Kevin's name, Sharan has a flashback to the night her and Kevin were making love and she called out Dondre's name.



    Back at Pasadena City Jail

    To Chris's surprise, Ty walks up to his jail cell. He stands up from his cot.

    Chris

    "What the hell are you doing here?"

    Ty

    "I need to ask you a few things."

    Chris

    "We don't have anything to talk about. You've wasted your time coming here. "

    Ty

    "I would not be so sure."

    Chris

    "The last time we saw one another, it wasn't pleasant."

    Ty

    "Stop the drama. You're acting like a woman. I am here to help you prove your innocence."

    Chris

    "Why do you want to help me? You don't do anything unless it serves you. So what is really going on?"

    Ty

    "I think I may know who's really responsible for killing Daniel"

    Chris is stunned.



    Pasadena City Court Room,

    Police hold Sabryn back as Bryan rushes over to her to calm her down. Sister Patterson is throwing Holy Water on Alexis as Alexis is handcuffed and is escorted to the holding cell area.

    Natalia, Ria, and Jodie are all shocked that there boss has been arrested for killing her own sister.

    Lisa walks over to Stacy

    "I see you ain't smiling now Bitch."

    Stacy

    "Ghetto trash. I got more trials to prosecute. This won't happen again." Stacy grabs her suitcase and leaves the court room in embrarrasemsnt.

    Ria

    "Wait until I tell Karim his bo-nop is locked up. And it seems they won't be letting her out."

    Natalia

    "I don't think so. I got half a million invested in Alexis and her Divine Design."

    Ria

    "Damn, that's messed up. Girl come on and lets' go find Karim." Looking at Jodie" Girl you want to come with us? We can grab a drink later."

    Sabryn finally calms down once Alexis is escorted out the court room. Bryan holds her as tears of joy run down her face

    "It's about time." She pulls back and looks into his eyes

    "Will do" Lisa grabs her briefcase and leaves the courtroom. Sabryn and Bryan begin to leave the courtroom , that is until Sister Patterson stops them.

    "I have a few words for you two...."



    Back at Pasadena City Jail

    Chris

    "So you know who's setting me up. Man I can't believe this. Of all people to believe that I am telling the truth, I certainly never expected it to be you."

    Ty

    "Yea well don't go falling in love with me ok? I need you to tell me what exactly happened the night Daniel was killed."

    Chris

    "I pulled up to Lauren's house and left my head lights on due to the black out, heard Daniel trying to rape Lauren so I ran inside, once I finally made my way to Lauren's bedroom I was going to try and find Daniel in the dankness but I somehow passed out or something. When I woke back up, I had Daniel's blood all over me and Daniel had a knife in his chest and Lauren was screaming her head off. I know I didn't kill Daniel. Some one is setting me up. Now you said you knew who now tell me so I can get the hell out of here!"

    Ty

    "Thank you for your time Chris." Ty walks away

    Chris

    "That's it!" He says hollering after him. "Ty help me! Tell me who!" To no avail Ty is now gone. Chris hopelessly kneels down by his cot and prays that some how some one will come through for him and prove he is being set up.





    Downtown Pasadena, Ivory Inc.

    Natalia and Ria get off the elevators and walks toward Karim's office. Karim's secretary LaDonna tries to stop the two

    "Can I help you?"

    Ria

    Ladonna

    "Well you can't just barge in on Mr. Williams with out an appointment."

    "Watch me." Ria walks right past Ladonna and walks into in Karim's office. Natalia follows. Karim is surprised and angry as he was in the middle of a conference call with a chemist from the lab downstairs. Karim hangs up the phone.

    Karim

    "What the hell are you doing here?"

    Ladonna, walking in

    "Sorry, she would not listen."

    Karim

    "It's ok. Ria is hard of hearing anyway." Ladonna smiles and closes the door to the office

    Ria

    "Put the brakes on the jokes."

    Karim, in a bid to make Ria mad, ignores her and warmly greets Natalia

    "How are you Natalia? It's good to see you."

    Natalia

    "I'm Fin-"

    Ria, cutting her off

    "Don't do that. We are much better than that."

    Karim

    "Are we? Last time I checked, you cheated on me.

    Ria

    "Here we go again."

    Natalia

    "Ria, just tell the man why we are here and stop arguing with him."

    Karim

    "Finally some one with some common sense."

    Karim

    "Why are you Miss Winters?"

    "Well your girlfriend has been arrested"

    Mona walks out of her tunnel and over to Sharan

    Sharan, nervous

    "For our trip to paradise." She says untiing her from the bed

    Sharan

    "What about Daniel?"

    Mona

    "Compassion. That's why I love you baby. No need to worry about him. He's not coming with us."

    Sharan

    "Then what are you going to do with him?"

    Mona

    "Leave him here to rot and die. He's about half way there now. Besides this is what he wants. You heard him say "kill me let me die". He even tried to commit suicide. So I am doing him a favor."

    Sharan

    "You are sick. What's the matter with you?"

    Mona

    "I don't have time for this, We on a mission. Now when you get up, move slowly and don't make no sudden moves. You've seen what I have done to Daniel, I hope I don't have to hurt you like that."

    Sharan slowly gets and walks towards the tunnel with Mona right behind her. Suddenly Sharan turns around and decks Mona right in the mouth. Mona is thrown off her balance and Sharan jumps on top of her, pinning her down and bashing her head into the ground. So intense is the head bashing and so fast is Sharan moving Mona has no time to respond and she loses consciousness......

    At the same time, Bryan and Sabryn enters the courtroom in different fashion, Sabryn wearing an orange jumper and Bryan is wearing a suite. Sabryn looks into the crowd and is shocked to see Alexis, Ria, Jodie, and Natalia all sitting behind the D.A. Stacy. Sabryn slowly squares up each and every one of the ladies from Divine Design so that when she is released, she can take this battle to the enemy.

    Bryan

    "Are you ok?"

    Sabryn

    "I just can't believe Alexis has assembled all those bitches. They are all here to take me down and I swear to God when I get out of here today, I'm going to take complete joy, in taking all those dusty bitches out."

    Bryan

    "I am a bit surprised to see all of them here too." Lisa walks up to them

    Lisa

    "Listen, I don't want you two to worry about anything. We have found some new evidence."

    Bryan

    "New evidence. That's great. Please tell us what you have found."

    Lisa

    "Naw playboy. This is my trump card, and I need to play this right for Judy and Stacy. But trust me, this will be a trial no one will soon for get." Just as Lisa says that, the jury is let into the courtroom. One by one, they take there seats. And the last juror to walk in, the jury foreman, is none other than Sister Patterson Williams with a bible in her hand.

    Ria

    "Hell to the naw."

    Natalia

    "What's the matter?"

    Ria

    "Crazy ass Sister Patterson is here. Judge Judy and Sister Paterson in the same court room. This is going to be some good entertainment"

    Ria whispers to Natalia

    "I can't believe they allowed that crazy bat to be on the jury."

    Natalia

    "This was a mistake coming here. Judge Judy and Sister Patterson, this is going to get ugly."

    Judge Judy walks in. She pounds her gavel. Before anything else can happen, Sister Patterson stands up and begins speaking to the Judy, with her bible in her hand

    "Your, honor if I may, I just want to let you know these lawyers made the right decision in having me represent the jury. I am a soldier, your honor, I am here doing the Lord's work, I'm a soldier on the battlefield of justice your honor. Me, my third eye and my bible shall set the truth free. I can root out the liars your honor. Thank you for your time." Sister Pat sits down and a few people in the courtroom chuckle, including the security guard Bryd and District Attorney Stacy Dash. Judy mean mugs Sister Patterson

    "Madame, This is my courtroom. I don't need any shenanigans from you! Alright madame!"

    Sister Pat

    "Amen"

    Judy shakes her head and looks at Stacy

    "Are you ready for your opening statement?"

    Stacy, standing, smirking at her opponent, Defense Attorney Lisa Ray

    "Yes your honor." She walks from around the table she was sitting at and approaches the jury.

    "You will come to see, that evidence, without a shadow of a doubt, will prove that Sabryn Genet, a fashion mogul, and Low Life Bryan D. Crane, a playboy,"

    Lisa

    "Objection, Ol girl tripping your honor. Aint no need for the name calling. Does she know my client personally?"

    Judy, hating to admit Lisa is right

    "Watch your tone madame" Looking at Stacy. Stacy rolls her eyes at Lisa and continues

    "It will be very simple, The accused Sabryn and Bryan, conspired to mow down Ashley Jones with their cars. Sabryn was a woman scorned, unable to get over the fact that Bryan cheated on Ashley, so Sabryn rammed her car into Bryan's trying to kill them both."

    Sabryn, standing up

    "That's absurd and you know it!" Judy pounds her gavel. Lisa pulls Sabryn back down in her seat

    Lisa

    "Pump your brakes. This aint a soap opera. Save all that drama. I got this. Trust me. Don't worry about nothing. I got a surprise up my sleeve."

    Sabryn

    "I'm not going to sit here and let these lies be told on me."

    Lisa

    "Girl Look, just shut the hell up before I slap you silly. I told you I got this."

    Bryan

    "Sabryn listen to her."

    Judy

    "I've had it! One more outburst from anyone and this trial will recess until tomorrow. I'm getting paid good to be here so it don't make a difference to me."

    Lisa, standing up

    "No need, your honor. It's time for my opening statement. So let's get it started. My clients, Sabryn and Bryan were victims of some adverse circumstances. It was a dark and stormy night, and Sabryn has already testified, that a truck of some kind rammed into the back of her car therefore causing her car to run into Bryan's car which for some odd reason Ashley was standing in the driveway. Now my question is, what sane woman, would be standing outside in a severe thunderstorm. Testimonies will reveal that the deceased, Ashley Jones, was mentally unstable, unbalanced, and not the sharpest tool in the shed."

    Stacy

    "Objection, I didn't know Lisa was a shrink."

    Judy

    "Don't be petty. Overruled"

    Lisa

    "Ha ha" Looking at Stacy, taking her seat.

    Judy looks at Sister Patterson

    "What is your third eye telling you about this case Madame?"

    Pat

    "Your honor, there are a lot of lies and deceit here. The whole story is not being told, and I got a feeling, there's gonna be some surprises here today. My third eye never lies." Ria and Natalia laughs and Jodie looks confused and Alexis begins to get a little nervous, remembering that she was the one that was driving the u-haul that rammed into Sabryn's car. Sabryn and Bryan smile at each other as they get hope that they may receive a miracle after all.

    Judy

    "Thank you sister Patterson. Though I have no third eye, I know a pack of lies a mile away. SO I have no doubt in my mind that if there is some liars here today, they will be sorry. Council, call your first witness.!"

    Stacy

    "Your honor, the state calls Alexis Jones to the stand." Alexis slowly gets up and slowly walks to the stand. Sister Patterson and Judge Judy size her up as well as everyone else in the courtroom.

    Natalia, whispering into Natalia's ear

    "Something is not right here."

    Jodie, overhearing

    "I got that same feeling too. Alexis looks nervous."

    Ria

    "I can't wait. Let the firework begin. I don't really like the Bitch anyway."





    Rufus walks into the courtroom. Rufus tries to quietly find a seat but the heel on his stiletto, breaks, and Rufus falls onto the floor causing all eyes to be on him. Ria, and Natalia takes a keen interest at the manly woman wearing a pink dress and a pink weave. "Hell naw, She a man" Ria whispers into Natalia's ear

    "He looks good for a woman. I like his make up" Natalia and Ria look at Jodie like she's crazy.

    Sister Patterson also eyes balls Rufus.

    "Something is not right." Sister Patterson pulls out her Holy Water from her pocket. "God don't like it, he don't like it. That man is wearing a dress your honor. He going to hell!" Pat says pointing at Rufus putting him on blast. Some of the people in the courtroom laugh.

    Judy

    "Bryd are we taping this? We need to put this in our greatest hits Dvd." Bryd laughs.

    "Madame sit back down. If that man wants to wear a tu-tu and a wig that's his perogative. We may not agree with it but this is America sweetheart, Land of the free. For the love of God, get this trial going" Stacy begins to question Alexis as Rufus settles down into the crowd. Rufus glances at Natalia and chuckles to himself as he remembers breaking into Natalia's house and taking her sex DVD of her and Bryan. Rufus then thinks " I can't wait till Nasty Natti goes home and sees her porn flick gone. I'll need a front rom seat for that one." Rufus looks ahead and gets a good glimpse of Bryan from the side.     Jenn

    Ria

    "Didn't I read that Dahlia died at the Stink So Good Landfill?"

    Ria

    "Yes she did. Natalia took the trash out literally."

    Jenn

    "Well I had a plan to get rid of Jodie but it's nothing that drastic."

    Ria

    "You got a plan girl? Do tell. Maybe I can help. I am good at these kind of things."

    Jenn

    "Well Jodie is from Cleveland. I was thinking of going there and doing some research on her. My gut instinct tells me she's hiding something and I have to find it out."

    Ria

    "You know what girl, I have a conference in Cleveland this weekend. When you leaving?"

    Jenn

    "Sometime tomorrow. I have to think of an excuse to tell Ty where I am going. If he finds out I'm going to Cleveland to dig up some dirt on Jodie, there's no telling what he will do. I think he has a soft spot for her."

    Ria

    "All the more reason you have to take her out girl. Just tell Ty that you are coming with me for a trip. A little getaway. Say we are doing some research for Divine Design."

    Jenn

    "Ty knows I don't work there."

    Ria

    "Girl you are tripping. Aren't you a woman?"

    Jenn, confused

    "Yes"

    Ria

    "Then hush up girl. Lying is what we do best. It's in our DNA. I know you'll work something out. Just keep your eye on the prize. Taking out Jodie."

    Jenn

    "I can drink to that." She says raising her glass to toast with Ria. They clank and sip up.

    Westwood Park, Mark's House

    Rufus plants a kiss on Mark, sliding his tongue in his mouth, as Natalia bangs on the front door, wondering, who's tooter booter is in the driveway. Mark pushes Rufus off him and wipes his mouth

    Mark

    "Damn, this can't be happening."

    Rufus

    "O but it is. I've been waiting to meet this woman in person. Hell maybe we can have a three some."

    Mark

    "Your outta your sweet mind. Go hide in the back and don't do nothing stupid."

    Natalia, banging harder

    "Mark, Open this damn door."

    Rufus

    "You heard the lady, open the door." Rufus says pulling out a gun and aiming it at Mark

    Mark

    "Rufus, come on. I have a child on the way."

    Rufus

    "With that Bitch huh?"

    Mark

    "Not by choice, believe me. Look, Just let me get rid of her so that way we can talk." Trying to calm the gun wielding cross dresser down.

    Rufus

    "Give me something to think about while I am away."

    Mark

    "Stop playing games and go hide in the back."

    Rufus sits down on the couch

    Mark

    "Alright, what the hell do you want?"

    Rufus

    "Kiss me, like old times." Rufus grabs Mark and kisses him passionately, at the same time he takes his hand and massages his crotch. Mark moves his hand away and pushes Rufus off of him and shoves him to the back room. Mark finally opens his door. Natalia barges right in.

    Mark

    "What the hell is your problem?"

    Natalia

    "Why did you have me outside knocking so damn long? Who's here?"

    Mark

    "What do you mean?"

    Natalia

    "Don't play games with me. I see the tooter booter outside in the driveway."

    Back in Mark's bedroom, Rufus is eavesdropping on there conversation and upon hearing Natalia's comment about his car he says "Oh, no Miss thang didn't."

    Mark

    "Natalia what the hell do you want? I'm busy."

    Natalia

    "Answer me, who's jacked up car is in the driveway?"

    Mark

    "It's the neighbors. There having a party. Damn do you approve?"

    Natalia

    "Your co cute when your mad. So sexy." She walks up to him and kisses her baby's father on the lips. Rufus opens Mark's bedroom door and looks Mark in the eyes as he kisses Natalia. Rufus waves his gun for Mark to see and then Mark stops kissing Natalia.

    Natalia

    "What's the matter baby? You seem so tense."

    Mark

    "I'm dealing with a lot. I just lost the love of my life."

    Natalia

    "I'm sure Dahlia is resting in peace. And besides, you got me and our child to love now."

    Mark

    "I can love this child, but you-" He looks at her, trying to think of a way to get rid of her so he can deal with Rufus

    "You know what, I am very tensed. Why don't you go home, cook us a nice little dinner and we can share the evening together and talk about our child."

    Natalia smiles

    "You really mean it?"

    Mark

    "Yes"

    Natalia, hugging him

    "I knew you would come to your senses." She hugs and kisses him on the cheek.

    "I'll call you when I'm ready" He smiles at her as she leaves. Once the door closes Rufus walks out from the bedroom and slaps him.

    "I don't ever what to see your lips on her again."

    Mark

    "Keep your hands off me."

    Rufus

    "I'm not trying to hear that. You're my man and I can do with you as I please. You might as well tell Natalia to get in abortion because there's no way in hell I'm going to let you play house with her. I'm back in your life, and this time your not leaving me. So get used to it. Mark I mean it, you already know I am nothing to be played with, so you better get rid of the pregnant bitch or I will do it for you." Rufus flips his pink wig back and lights up a cigarette. "In fact tell her to bring her corny ass dinner over here."

    Mark

    "Why?"

    Rufus, pointing the gun at him again

    "Because I said so." She blows smoke in his face and leaves

    Mark

    "I'm in some sh!t. There's not telling what that fruitcake is going to do. As long as he don't hurt my unborn child. …I can't believe how fast my life is falling apart." He pulls out his cell phone to call Natalia and tell her to bring dinner over to his house.





    Downtown Pasadena,

    Divine Design

    In Alexis's office,

    Alexis is looking over face shots of Jodie as Jodie sits in a lounge chair in front of her desk.

    "Extremely Beautiful. I've never seen such eyes before. And again, This is not a come on."

    Jodie

    "I didn't think it was" She says laughing. "Thank you by the way."

    Alexis

    "No thank you. You will be the new face of Divine Design. I got a nice new line coming for spring."

    Jodie

    "I'm so excited."

    Alexis

    "Me too. Sabryn won't stand a chance."

    Jodie

    "Sabryn? As in SG?"

    Alexis

    "Yes that's her. But SG won't be in business much longer."

    Jodie

    "I didn't sign up for no war. I've seen the news. I'm just here for a job and a career. I don't want to be involved in no take down of Sabryn. I desire no enemies."

    Alexis

    "This is business my dear. Fashion is cut throat. Granted, it's sad that the competitor and I have crossed paths personally but at the end of the day I am just trying to run my fashion house. If Sabryn just so happens to lose everything because of that, I can't help that. It was bound to happen anyway I guess. You have nothing to worry about." Alexis hands her a contract to sign. "Now if you'll just sign on the dotted line, we'll be good to go."

    Jodie, pulling a pen from her purse and begins to sign her new contract with Divine Design

    "Again, Alexis, thank you for giving me a chance and believing in me. I want to stress I do not want to be involved in this war with Sabryn."

    Alexis

    "Jo, I really hate repeating myself. I mean what I say, and believe me, I say what I mean."

    Jodie

    "Understood." She gets up and shakes Alexis's hand. Alexis stands up and walks from around her desk and hugs her.

    Alexis

    "I'll be in contact. And please remember, I have a lot invested in you, so please, make sure all the skeleton's in your closet are taken care of. Trust me we all have them." Jodie pauses and instantly thinks of her prostitution days back in Cleveland and her resulting HIV pos. status.

    Jodie, wondering if she made a stupid choice in agreeing to model

    "You won't have nothing to worry about." She reassures herself, and vowing not to let her past or her health get in the way of living a prosperous life. Jodie leaves Divine Design, feeling like a brand new woman, a woman who will not let anything hinder her or get in the way of her happiness.





    Pasadena City Jail

    Bryan walks over to Sabryn's holding cell

    Bryan

    "I got here as soon as Gilbert called me. What the hell happened?"

    Sabryn

    "Hurricane Alexis."

    Bryan

    "Sabryn come on. You're pregnant. This is not like you. What is going on with you?"

    Sabryn

    "I'm stressed the hell out. It's one thing after another. It's like Alexis and Ashley are controlling my life. Even from the grave, that Bitch and her sister is causing me grief. It's like a war"

    Bryan

    "Since when are you the one to feed into such bs. "

    Sabryn

    "I wouldn't have too if you would have kept your d!ck in your pants. I didn't sleep with Ashley. You did. I would have never have known her if wasn't for you."

    Bryan

    "I told you time and time again. I am sorry for cheating on you. If you're going to keep throwing her up in my face then-"

    Sabryn

    "What? WHAT BRYAN?"

    Bryan

    "I don't get you. You agreed to give us a 2nd chance. Even before I knew you were pregnant, we were already making our back to repairing things between us. Now you want to go back and throw my affair in my face. I didn't ask you to attack Alexis. You should have just called security. Your doing what Alexis wants you to do. And now look at where you're at. You're going to have to remain behind bars until the trial."

    Sabryn

    "Please don't remind me." She says wiping tears from her eyes. Bryan shakes his head at her

    Bryan

    "I don't even know what to do. I can't bear the thought of you, and my child behind bars. Sabryn, I really can't believe you allowed this to happen." Without saying another word he walks out. For the first time in a LONG time, Bryan is upset and disgusted with Sabryn. She calls out after him

    "Bryan……You're going to walk away from me like that!" He leaves and now is out of eye sight. Sabryn lays down on her cot and rubs her baby growing inside of her. She looks up at the ceiling, letting tears fall from her face. Sabryn has fallen from grace.



    Night has fallen in the City of Pasadena

    Back in Westwood Park

    Rufus, in his tooter booter, sits down the street from Natalia's house. As he looks in his rearview mirror and applies lipstick to his lips, he sees Natalia walking out her house in his peripheral vision with what seems to be a picnic basket. Natalia gets in her car and drives to Mark's house. "Good. I always could get Mark to do what I wanted some how. This will give me time to get to know little miss thang a bit more." Rufus gets out his car. Upon crossing the street in his stilettos, Rufus trips and stumbles upon walking up on the curb. "Damn it to hell" Rufus slowly stands back up and gets his balance back. He walks over toward the back of Natalia's house and breaks in the back door…………
