Joe Willmore was EP and he was awful. He wasn’t as bad as GL show killer Ellen Wheeler in the line of GL EP’s but he’s right up there.

Definitely the Jon & Tammy story on GL was the grossest ever. Disgusting. Ellen Wheeler and the god awful Jill Lorie Hurst have, very thankfully, never worked in daytime again. No exec will hire them after that debacle. Cousins? Just disgusting and gross.

Thank you GOD that Ellen Wheeler never worked again in daytime after killing GL! Kissing cousins. Gross. Peapack? Ridiculous idea by Ellen Wheeler. She killed GL.

Do the other soaps really listen to fans? I see just as much complaining about the other soaps as I do about Days. Even the newest soap, BTG is written and recorded months in advance. Days has found a formula that works for the show and keeps it on the air until at least 2028. Good for them.

Good for Ken and Days. To score a 2 year renewal is great. I think he’s a genius to keep banking episodes months in advance. By the time 2028 rolls around, Days will have episodes recorded into 2040 so Peacock will have no choice but to keep renewing the show.

Great news! Well deserved. And pfffftt to that long fired NBC Executive who said Days wouldn’t last beyond 2009. Thrilled to have Days to at least 2028!

Notice how Michele Val Jean loves Ron and reached out to him to write for BTG. Ron will be fine. Hopefully his show will get picked up.

Days is so boring these ‘days’. The new writers aren’t doing the job of keeping and adding viewers. Yawn.

I love RB and GR too. Soapy seems to be very successful so far so obviously many people love them. I didn’t know much about Sheila Ducksworth before this interview. I loved her immediately and her enthusiasm. I’m a new fan of hers thanks to this interview.

Ron’s doing his own soap. The next logical step. He’ll do great.

I love my Leo! So glad the new writers get him. Leo is the best part of Days.

Which is exactly why you have to fact check everything. Denise Pence absolutely was there before JvD. Elvera was there before Jerry as well. It was almost 50 years ago so I understand how the memory can fade.

I truly cannot believe that someone is so tone deaf that they will mention Drake Hogestyn’s name after what they did to him and his family. Incomprehensible.

Joe Wilmore was a Terrible EP! The ratings dropped. He was a disaster.

Greg and ‘Leo’ are clearly way more popular outside of the SON bubble. This board is not the consensus. Leo is a favorite character of mine. Days keeps writing for Leo, even with new writers so I’m sure they get their feedback from a myriad of sources and not just 1 board. Deidre is Deidre. I’ve met her and seen her in action.

We haven’t heard the last from Ron, and no he is not going to Y&R. It was his choice to help BTG launch, per MVJ and you can clearly tell that she appreciates his contribution to BTG. His next venture will be exciting.

From talking to her. It’s not hard to figure out why I would make a bold statement. The rumors crack me up. She’s not there to be the EP. That ship sailed.

JFP does not want the EP job. End of story.

Remind me again how One Stormy Night is better than Body & Soul? These new writers aren’t doing it for me. Yawn.

Loved this episode. Greg is great and obviously loved by Deidre. This podcast is a hit! Thousands of views. Looking forward to seeing the rest of them.

Loved Episode 2 with Queen Dee. Good interview. Dee doesn’t warm up to just anyone but she obviously loves Greg. So glad to see Greg thriving with this podcast and his Lead Actor Emmy nomination. He’s beloved by many.
