When and where was that quote? It doesn't even make sense. I'm certain you can't dig that up because it never happened! lol I thought JFP dictated everything? That quote implies that Curlee was running the show. Which is it? So much misinformation posted the last few days. Even those who post the most contradict themselves and get confused between facts and gossip. It's entertaining but not factual.

Javi was Leo today. Obviously lusting for someone you know you is straight. Dumb stuff. And that Javi actor has weird mouth acting tics.

Ron probably was fired. Hundreds of headwriters have been fired over the decades of soaps. It happens. He immediately got a job at Beyond The Gates because of his talent. Days is dull these "days". The Christmas show was flat to me. The first year without Bill Hayes and it didn't capture the sadness of his passing.

He probably wanted to get out of the Peacock, where all indicators are that Days has a miniscule audience compared to when it was on NBC. He's now writing again for a major network, not as a headwriter but still making the $$ to keep living in the Hamptons. Ron will be fine. He's written daytime pretty much continuously for almost 30 years. A headwriter's stories have to be approved by higher ups before it hits the air but that gets forgotten.

Greg told fans when he was in NYC for the marathon. Guess we’ll have to wait & see.

Leo is on just as much under the new writers. Paula & Jeanne love Leo.

Going back to '86, didn't they originally call Ed & Claire's daughter 'Bert Bauer Ramsey' or BB for short? it was then changed to Michelle. I remember thinking how stupid BB was as a name.

TPIR is the #1 Daytime show so it makes sense to prime the timeslot for Beyond The Gates and promote BTG during a show that so many will be watching. Repeats of TPIR will far outweigh repeats of Y&R and B&B. No it isn't.

You are not a party of one. Leo is my favorite character. They constantly write for him so obviously the show gets positive feedback. By nature of soaps, we all have different opinions.

Ok. I didn't know if there was a way in the credits to know if Jamey wrote the breakdown. I am NOT a fan of his. But I do like Leo. And Greg just ran the NYC marathon a couple weeks ago. He's in amazing shape obviously and looks great. I do like Leo and Javi and look forward to their story. I'm very intrigued by it so far. I don't do spoilers so we'll see what happens. I get it. Seeing Leo and Javi in bed on Monday's episode was like WTF? Where did that come from? Rushed writing. I do like the coupling though.
