  1. It's good to see the current regime investing in the future by bringing characters back in short-term stints. Purely making up for the horror show was the previous milestone anniversary.
  2. Credits for Thursday, September 10, 2024: Created by: Frank & Doris Hursley Executive producer: Frank Valentini Head writers: Elizabeth Korte, Chris Van Etten Writers: Nigel Campbell, Kate Hall, Anne Schoettle Director: Robert Markham
  3. Some people will never learn, will they?
  4. He came back for Irene's funeral after Alexis insisted he be there.
  5. But that's primetime television and films, and they usually get the press coverage and late-night promotion that daytime television usually never receives. So they can afford advanced announcements like casting, etc.
  6. Interesting that the theme song semi-changed at the beginning of the fourth season. Hmmm... but nice to see the change of the credits yet again.
  7. Mhmm, and I feel like always tried keeping the Jerome Art Gallery very separate from the Jerome crime family.
  8. OMG YES BECAUSE SHE'S A SOAP MEGAFAN OMG SO EXCITED FOR IT!!!
  9. From Bradley Bell: ❝ “As you’re flipping around through all of these different options on TV, to be able to land on The Bold and the Beautiful or The Young and the Restless and to immediately see that this is your show in a world of change … there’s consistency here like nowhere else in entertainment,” Bell tells Deadline. “51 years of Y&R and 37 years of B&B … fans need to know that we are a place they can rely on, not only to visually see those characters, but to know that theses character will still be the same you knew from a month ago or 10 years ago or 30 years ago.” ❞ Sure, Jan.
  10. Yes, she returned for the Bill Hayes tribute. Peter Reckell was not part of it.
  11. Ava had men wrapped around her finger. Carlos Rivera?! Ava was a femme fatale. She was a woman in a man's world, and played by their rules. Then she suddenly needed Sonny's protection? After marrying/divorcing the Cassadine family? No. That storyline should've played itself: a Jerome marrying a Cassadine is a power play. When Julian married Alexis... neither really lost their entities, yet Ava has continued to lose who she is at her core. I agree: things needed to change for Ava to become viable in a way outside of the Jerome crime family... but fück she didn't need a lobotomy for it.
  12. Mhmm. Which is why it's kind of baffling people wanted news at the Daytime Emmys ⏤ it was too early to be promoted in that way.
  13. I mean, that whole Ava vs. Nina saga revisited the fact she shot Kate in cold-blood, etc. Ava's killed before. She is a JEROME! People forget this too much. I mean... cmon now.
  14. Mhmm; plus, I doubt they'd announce casting too early, to avoid losing the momentum. Roles announced two-months prior to filming. Casting announced two-months prior to premiere. It all makes sense.
  15. It'd be fücking HOT! It's what she plays BEST! People saying that was Ava being written "out of character" clearly missed the "writer" years.
  16. Looks interesting, and nice to see more $$ being put into the promotionals for this franchise. But I am still baffled as to why Mia & Wendy are part of this cast.
  17. Dexter: Original Sin featuring special guest star Sarah Michelle Gellar (ex-Kendall, All My Children) will premiere on December 13 on Paramount+.
  18. Airing in May, so it's a Sweeps period storyline.
  19. WOW! That's a surprise! Looks like Janet Spellman, Paula Cwikly & Jeanne Marie Ford are working overtime to get this ship moving right.
  20. Exactly... plus, I'm going to say it: Lifetime has produced some good films.
  21. I would think by November we'll hear about who has been cast.
  22. Not them acting out Three Little Pigs. Damn.
