  1. I agree; seeing Jane just instantly puts a smile on my face.
  2. I saw that and burst out-loud: "Where?!"
  3. I liked the dress, too! Gorgeous use of colours within the patterns, and the design is beautiful.
  4. The amount of "crock" in this "interview" is hilarious to me.
  5. Credits for Wednesday, January 15, 2025: Created by: Frank & Doris Hursley Executive producer: Frank Valentini Head writers: Elizabeth Korte, Chris Van Etten Writers: Emily Culliton, Scott Sickles Director: Robert Markham
  6. Today is likely pre-empted, due to ABC News breaking in the first minute of show. Episode back on about 30-minutes in.
  7. I agree; it gives matriarch to the fullest extent.
  8. That is correct; right now, looking ahead, CBS is the only one showcasing a programming block of 9am to 5pm ET for the inauguration. Both ABC & NBC are showing their usual programming block. I am sure we'll receive [final] confirmation by Friday.
  9. Credits for Tuesday, January 14, 2025: Created by: Frank & Doris Hursley Executive producer: Frank Valentini Head writers: Chris Van Etten, Elizabeth Korte Writers: Nigel Campbell, Charlotte Gibson Director: Robert Markham
  10. Tonya Pinkins (ATWT & GL, et al) & Susan Lucci (AMC) are attached to My First Ex-Husband, by The View's Joy Behar.
  11. I don't think it's crass; it's a viable question, and I feel like we'd have the same question(s) if any actor of his age were cast in a new role on a new soap opera. But, then again, we could also say the same about someone half his age. I mean, Santa Barbara went through four different actors in the role of C.C. Capwell before Jed Allan was cast in 1986. Even Y&R had two different John Abbott actors before Jerry Douglas, and they were all at younger ages than Davis. If he's viable and up for it, then I say hooray! His casting was a "get" for sure.
  12. Vee that is fantastic news! I've been hoping for positive things for you! Yeah, pretty sure Park is happy with his once-in-a-lifetime daytime role in Jack Snyder. EXACTLY! The writing was not there; Diane visited earlier in the year, and it was clear that's all it was meant to be. But then, suddenly, Diane is back by the year's end?! I don't think there was ever an intent for Diane's late 2010 return, regardless if it had been West, Susan Walters and/or someone else in the role. I feel like Wright would have been hired to just play Casey (who I do have some recast ideas of), and Phelps would call it a day. 🤣 I also don't visually see Wright at Y&R.. the acting style isn't there, unless Jessica Collins was fired and they brought her in as Avery (in an attempt to pair Wright with Steve Burton's Dylan). I agree. But I feel like she's doing well in primetime/streaming roles. But it is weird, to me, that Avery came and gone so quickly. Another Arena creation that was removed (and kind of rightfully so).
  13. Would not surprise me. It would've been better served if the first "we" was in question, with the second more pushed and then the final "we" just being louder than the first two. Instead, we got the Three Little Pigs in delivery, minus "all the way home".
  14. She can turn shït into gold unlike any other. That's a masterclass in acting that I feel is missing in new, upcoming talent today. Her hiring was all CBS. Even West admitted her hiring was CBS; Sony/Y&R were recasting Diane (and de-aging the role), CBS wanted West to stay on the network and she accepted the role as it was offered to her. If I remember correctly: it was reported Maria Arena never wanted West on the cast, and found her untalented. 🙄
  15. The hand is giving me Jeanne Cooper as Katherine Chancellor. The costuming just looks.... top quality. I just know the fabric feels rich with not a stitch out of fücking place. I also notice that Nicole is presented as more muted (with the sparkles), while Dani is the one wearing pops of colour/print.
