For her FOURTH DUI, she got off lucky... and I suspect Andy will suspect Potomoc for a year so Karen's "return" can be filmed like Teresa... celebrating a careless person.- BTG: February 2025 Discussion Thread
Anybody else notice CBS.com's uploads are glitched?! At about the 36-minute mark, it ends the episode and either moves to the next, or it goes to another show? It seems like watching isn't registering the ads that play during the episodes, and it ends as if ads don't play. @Errol Is this something that could be alerted to the people at CBS?- GH: February 2025 Discussion Thread

Same; for me, Knots is available for streaming (albeit under "unscripted"). Falcon Crest is available for streaming as well. My guess? The saw the reaction to it moving to "premium" (a.k.a. purchase only) and recoiled.- GH: February 2025 Discussion Thread

Please, no! Not necessarily; Dani is clearly using the Dupree name, as is Nicole (with Richardson). But of course a long-lost son could be in the making, although it makes me wonder if it'd be from Anita (pre-marriage) or from Vernon. Well, doing twice the number of B&B/DAYS/Y&R is not that difficult. Things are actually happening on this soap in comparison to the others.- BTG: February 2025 Discussion Thread

I think we have to still remember: they're going to be testing things out, and unlike the other four soaps, they don't have to stick to doing it a certain way. I mean, in the scenes with Anita & Dani in Dani's home set, we had the standard views and then one additional one we've not really seen, and it was fantastic. They have a blank canvas of not having to worry about "Oh, our audiences won't accept this change." They're more so thinking about making sure they're going to be on-air and can establish what their own standard is. Yes, there are things we [may] view as "odd" or "wrong" or "different" but, for Beyond the Gates, it may be what they want to establish for themselves.- BTG: February 2025 Discussion Thread

I do not hate this. I always liked Ryan Quan as head writer at Days of Our Lives, despite being stuck with a shït co-head writer.- BTG: February 2025 Discussion Thread

I would assume not since the Daytime Emmys were pushed to the second half of 2025. 😉 I have my ideas on what it could be, but I know Ms. Val Jean won't let us down. It's just good to see the LGBTQIA+ community aren't used as some once-per-month plot point of "diversity" and showing "inclusion".- BTG: February 2025 Discussion Thread

Age is also, realistically, a non-point in daytime television. 🤷🏻♂️ Suspension of belief is needed, honestly. And per the casting breakdown, the children (then-twins) were adopted seven years ago, so after today's episode, one was adopted at nine and one was adopted at ten. Honestly, the casting breakdown name of "Daniel" is what should have been kept. Perhaps "Smitty" came from his formal journalism career?- ARTICLE: Tajh Bellow Off Contract at ‘General Hospital’; Actor Has Portrayed TJ Ashford On Soap Opera Since 2018
Disappointed he only served one contract cycle; he should still be a contractual player, as there was potential with TJ outside of his relationship with Molly, but it seems like TPTB might feel differently on that front. - What Are You Listening To?
