  1. But it's clear: they did not want that as the plot (Brook Lynn/Dante). This is a made-up plot to make the casting of Giovanni Mazza work.
  2. Mm-hmm; this is why the storyline, despite some standout performances, is an absolute mess. History of what we've seen played out is being ignored by the so-called historian "Elizabeth Korte" for their own storied history. Treating audiences like they're morons (well...) is not going to help your case.
  3. I'm sure once the next budget comes in, they'll develop another community lot.
  4. I agree; she's always spoken highly of her time on World Turns and how they treated her as a professional at that point.
  5. Who says they won't, though? I mean, Bill doesn't even know, yet, either.
  6. We have most definitely hit them, because at launch, they said wait for the final week of April/first week of May, so we're definitely into the post-premiere work.
  7. Now that I have ad-free Prime Video again, I may start going back into Knots Landing and giving it a third time... got to be a charm, right?
  8. Oh wow. Well, welcome the the board, and so happy you're able to see this soap from its beginning.
  9. Oh wow. Thanks so much for sharing!!!
  10. date: Wednesday, May 28 | Christopher Dunn, Jazmen Darnell Brown | Phideaux Xavier Chelsea snapping Dani back into her snappedT personality with the news of Hayley's pregnancy. The child bride needs to stop trying to rebuild her friendship with Naomi and Jacob; it's clear they are not interested. I'm very proud of Dani for outwardly handling the news of Hayley's pregnancy better than I thought she would. But her line about Hayley developing a taste for AARP overnight was hilarious. Jessica went from zero to one hundred real quick and high-tailed it out of there like she just got told she was about to be jumped. Kenny needs to be less conspicuous in eavesdropping on Deadbeat's conversation with the big, bad Bill. Not the fakeout scene. Whew.... It's been a long time since we've genuinely had a good one of those. "Sympathy is currency in Fairmont Crest" – whew... what a line. Derek trying to be cool and hip with Naomi and Jacob is not hitting; sure, stick to your ugly-ass named chair. Ooft, Tyrell got himself a bit of a stiff, prickly attitude. Wonder which parent he gets that from.... I appreciate the sibling relationship between Samantha and Tyrell; they've got each other's backs. Deadbeat totally strangled someone he shouldn't have; a hookup? Or someone who crossed him? Bradley deserves so much better. Dani showing up for another verbal showdown? Oh, this will be interesting, won't it? Notes: Once again, Brandon Claybon (Deadbeat) is phoning it in. I do not buy his performance at all. You can this episode was written post-debut, with the note about Ashley and Derek being the "boring couple", which seems to be a common belief on social media, etc. Karla Mosley (Dani) is on point with her acting choices today; you can tell she's reveling in the material she is given. The continued use of actual food on the community sets is amazing; the food of Orphey Gene's looks positively delicious to me, and I'd like some immediately. A BET Awards commercial? Ah, it feels like the '90s again!

  13. It's dragged on longer than when Victor rebuilt the ranch. 🤣
  14. Yes, the staircase made the set, but if that stops us from getting it back at some point, I'm OK losing it; I feel like the staircase is somewhat in use, via the DiMera mansion. And I'm sorry, but it still baffles me we got the DiMera redesign and nothing since then.
  15. Notably Nicole! Haha. THAT is a damn penthouse.... not the box Marlena is forced into now. I wish we had that set back... even without the staircase.
  16. Ha, you're very welcome! It was such an interesting era; thinking about it makes me miss the O.G. Horton Town Square, which was spacious with the big, dangerous staircase!
  17. It was Kate Mansi's Abby for 2.5 seconds, and when that didn't take off, her Abby was screwing EJ in the shower while he was with Sami. She said, "I want Marlena's daughter's men!"
  18. I get the concept of returning Muldoon to the role of Austin, but it was BAD! So, so bad. Sounded like he'd smoked one too many menthol cigarettes in recent years, and his acting was as dry as the Sahara desert. I mean, just look how much prettier Clark looks with Austin Peck in comparison to Muldoon. 😍
  19. I'm picking up on May 5. 🤣 She should have never been fired in 2012; it always felt like Gary Tomlin & Christopher Whitsell wanted to undo whatever the previous regime had done. Period. And now we're never getting her back full-time. 😭
  20. New headshots of felon Haley Pullos (ex-Molly, GH)
  21. Jane Elliot's nuances as an actor are very strong, yet subtle. She masters text perfectly.
  22. I welled up, definitely. She got me with that one; it's only a shame these writers cannot bring this on a more consistent basis.
  23. She always does. She is aces. Top three actresses on this soap.
  24. Ugh. I genuinely hope not; I pray, somehow, CHCH-DT is told to provide a one-day pause. The last thing we need is a Y&R situation with this soap. I'm pretty sure Samantha is the older twin.
