date: Tuesday, April 1 | Ron Carlivati, Lynn Martin | Phideaux Xavier Naomi knows the tactics of her father's game. This is why she's made for going against him in court. Once again, do you not realise you are not welcomed in Fairmont Crest? Go away, Bill and Hayley. As much as Ashley works away from Derek, Derek is twice as useless away from her. This character does not work, and it's time to G-O, GO! Shanice is a hoot, but I feel like she's about to become someone that I become high-key annoyed with at some point. Well, much like Bill, I feel like Dani is about to gaslight Chelsea in the same way Bill has tried gaslighting Naomi. As intimidating as Bill Hamilton can be, Naomi Hamilton Hawthorne is three times as uplifting with her headstrong determination. I believe in her. That is the kind of lawyer I'd want on my side. Naomi versus Bill is going to be so juicy. I need more of it. Dani is going to replace Chelsea in the fashion show as her "comeback". I am calling it now. Unless her buddy, alcohol, stops her. Vaccine talk? Oh, I know people are going to be triggered, but it makes me happy to see. Hayley working on the other daughter? She's going to do anything to wiggle her way back into that family, outside of Bill's bedroom and orbit. Dani gidding up like a child with her crush coming over was.. a choice. Girlfriend. Gain some dignity for yourself. But I did like the semi-new set with her entryway/hallway with the staircase to the second floor. How nice. Shanice is a ho. That's what she is. I like her, but she is a ho. Hayley, pack it up. You're talking out of the side of your mouth and out of your ass on this one. Dani, don't be so doe-eyed with him. He's going to use you and gaslight you into getting what he wants where Hayley's status at the Country Club is concerned. If only these moments between Bill and Dani were real. I kind of wish they were, because Timon Kyle Durrett and Karla Mosley do have some power couple energy. Derek, whatever game you think you're playing, stop because you're going to lose. Andre and Shanice share zero chemistry. Sorry, but they do not. At all. So she should move along. Real personalities, real social media, real places of vacation? They got their clearance on this soap, and I adore it. Bill is cheating... again! Once a cheater, always a cheater.

I actually don't hate it; would certainly be nice to switch it up, with some properly shot 4K shots over the actual Walford set, then a zoom-out with the overview we're used to?

From the sounds of it, she's a humbled civil attorney, so I would assume she takes on smaller, more personal-type cases, so she may not operate out of an office⏤especially since it's been established she did not join Bill Hamilton, Esq., purposefully, despite everything assuming she would post-her school years. I don't mind the use of Orphey Gene's for the meetings, either. Now, if she does begin to take on more clients, I would expect an office be necessary for her. But, for right now, I don't deem it necessary.

Cheryl, however, can put it down whenever she wants… ❞ It's her coke addiction (that everyone assumed was Dani's) that has yet to make an appearance, if that's still the route they're taking. Nothing about a condo; we just know she lives in the D.C. area.

I agree; people are doing this of their own free will, and to react in the ways [some] have in this thread is baffling to me, and if I were those in charge of the folders, I'd be thinking twice about continuing.

Given that Dani noted she changed from "Mrs Hamilton to Ms Dupree", I have a feeling that's going to be ENFORCED more heavily.

It's going to be interesting, and then we'll [likely] get Ashley versus Dani, and that'll be something to see.

I love Miss Ashley, and cannot wait to see how things break down with Derek, and build up with Andre.

And Shanice! And Dani is working her Dalmatian coat; look out; Cruella DeVil may want it, and put a hood on it! But Dani's magenta lipstain to match the magneta in her blouse? Oh, that's a cvnt detail. So, Bill is trusting Tómas? I love that. And I love Tómas calling Bill "jefe". So good. But let's see what happens with the ladies versus Bill Hamilton, Esq. Things could get messy! Eva versus Katherine is going to be fire. They both have their own spitfire personalities, and it's going to clash heavily for the long term. Not only has Bill gaslit Naomi, but now he's gaslighting Becky, Carrie, and Stefania. I love that Nicole can still see through the façade that Dani is putting up and isn't afraid to call her out on her B.S. It's a refreshing stance on grown siblings, and it isn't coming from a place of displeasure or judgement. You can tell it's from a place of love and care. Ooh, Eva is putting that blow on Katherine. It's kind of fabulous, and you can tell she meant what she was saying. Dani, assuming she's going to be part of Chelsea's new business venture, is giving Phyllis on Y&R trying to get into Marchetti with Summer. It's a good soap trope to follow. A documentary on the new class of nurses as Garland Memorial? Well, well, well... that'll keep Andre in Ashley's orbit more and more, and I love that. Plus, the idea of Ashley versus Dani could be fun. Becky, I knew you'd be the weak one. I'm going to see Carrie and Stefania to keep her in line, or their lawsuit is going to fall apart. Not going to lie, Joey and Vanessa kind of have a vibe together. Could Joey take Douglas' money AND his wife? That would be something, wouldn't it? Naomi is not messing around, and I love it. She is not afraid of going up against the powerful Bill Hamilton, and that makes me excited about seeing what the courtroom scenes will be like. Now, who was Tómas side-eying? The waitress, or was it Joey? Go get yourself some new scrubs, Shanice! You are going to be a bonafied hit, lady! Loving some backstory where Vanessa is concerned and her passion for real estate. I love that. Dani's addictive behaviour is coming out, and it's ruining this experience for Chelsea. I feel so bad for her in this. Tómas is admirable. I really enjoy this character, and I really like the chemistry being built between him and Katherine. I do. Sounds like famous last words from Bill Hamilton, and I look forward to the potential downfall.
